Their customer service team was just awesome with me. They answered all my questions real and clear and even threw in some cool suggestions about other car models I could check out. Plus, they broke down the pros of each one for me, nice and simple.

Auto Financing Experience I was verbally quoted an 8.8% APR, but the final contract showed 9.78%. This created confusion and mistrust. Additionally, I agreed to a $50/month warranty, which was explained as optional, but not disclosed that the cost would be rolled into my financed loan amount. Combined with about $3,000 in added fees, my total balance increased significantly. I recommend greater transparency: ensure verbal promises match the written contract, clearly explain how add-ons affect financing, and provide an itemized breakdown of all fees before signing.
