Sales person Paul Lovely was outstanding!!

Sales people were all very friendly, accommodating, and answered any and all questions. We were helped in a timely fashion, and were pleased with their scheduling.

Good luck if your a woman

Call them and get transferred to another person constantly. I bought my Jeep. They fixed things that my mechanic said was wrong. I doubt they did. I told them that my car was not shifting right. They don’t care. I got a call that my car was ready after I already picked it up. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Buying a used car

We just came home today with a Subaru Impreza from Don Miller West. Start to finish, we had a great experience. Our salesman, Will Waldbillig, was easy to work with, followed up on all our questions and never made us feel "pushed" into making a decision. Will definitely go back for our next car.

Andrê is AWESOME

Went specifically to look at one car. Loved it. Clean. Well maintained. Ready to go but they still wanted to clean it again so wth! Sure!

Is anyone home?

I can't get anyone to return my emails and inquiries regarding a used Legacy. I've owned a Legacy in the past, this one would have been for one of my sons. Had the same issue when my daughter was shopping for a car. She bought a a 2018 Forester from a dealership in Illinois.

I contacted Don Miller for a vehicle. Was given a price and asked via email when I would like to set up an appointment. After returning this email expressing my interest in the car and trying set up appointment I was not contacted again, even after I called and sent another email. After two days I call again only to be told car was not available anymore. Yet no one could contact me back. I was fully prepared to purchase . Very poor customer in my book

Scion

My wife and I recently purchased a used 2006 Scion from Don Miller Subaru. All of the people we dealt with were friendly and welcoming. The most outstanding quality to us was that we purchased a 6000.00 used car. I'm sure they sell many vehicles like ours every week but they knew how important this was to us. We got the royal treatment from everyone at the dealership. It was a very positive experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.

2010 Toyota

My 20001 Accord got flooded in the rain and I needed a replacement car ASAP. I contacted JJ the Sales Manager and he told me about the Corolla. My extended family had gotten 10 vehicles previously with Don Miller. I was put in touch with Chris Bjorkland and we worked out a deal with Chris B the GM. I had financing with POCU and had no hassles at all. Thanks to everyone at Don Miller Mazda!!!!

Exceptional service

Last week the back window of my Don Miller Mazda smashed to bits. SafeLite could not repair it for nearly a week, so I took it to Bob and Patrick, who stayed past closing and at no charge sealed it up tight. These gentlemen are exceptional. Always curteous and willing to help. A million thanks!!
