Horrible service

I went for a recall that was done in my 2013 durango the person in the front desk after hearing my accent started to act condecending refuse to even look at the defect. And got very upset over me asking to look at the defect. The car was 10 feet away. Terrible experience after buying a very expensive vehicle of that company a Durango Citadel. Recomend people not go there and if you a minority please beware or record the interaction. Thanks

Service center is horrible!

Made an appointment with service at this dealer then drove 40 min early in the morning for my appointment. After arriving I was told by the service manager that they would not be able to fit my vehicle in on that day. They will not make appointments unless they are scheduled at least a week out ( like this appointment was). Horrible and rude and careless about their customers. After two attempts to get it fixed my family is still riding around in 90 degree weather with no A/C. Having spent money on a warranty I expected top of the line service and that is not what I am seeing.

Poor service center!

I'll try to keep this brief, I purchased a brand-new Jeep from Pearson and I have had nothing but problems with it since day one. I have had to take my vehicle back a half dozen times in hopes that they would repair my vehicles various issues I have spoken with everyone there from the general manager on down and they seem to care more about defending their reputation than actually addressing the problem. I have never been more frustrated in my life regarding having a brand-new vehicle and having to take it in for warranty work for various defects that they either can't or won't fix

Excellent Sales Team that Goes Above & Beyond

I purchased my Jeep here last year. The experience was nothing short of superb then. I recently returned because I thought I had a gas leak. Service was closed, but a sales person said he would take a look because I was unsure. Just the fact that they were willing to take a look and help me out when I really needed it meant everything. They had no idea that I would usually ask my Dad to take a look, but could not because he has been in the hospital for a month. It is the little things that matter in life. Thank you to this sales rep for going above and beyond. It made a bad day a little brighter.

Best car buying experience!!!!

I absolutely love my new car!!!! Thanks to Mr. Evans who made my car buying experience such a pleasure. He was very helpful and professional with all of my concerns. This is my second time buying from Pearson and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for a new ride!

Poor Service center

Terrible Service, please beware. I scheduled an appointment to have a hitch installed on my brand new jeep. I dropped it off at 7:30 am and I was reassured that it would be ready later that day. About 45 minutes before closing time I received a call from "Chuck" stating my Jeep wouldn't be ready today and that the service technician "didn't have time to get to it". So apparently making an appointment was pointless. I took a day off work to have this done and now I was given a rental car and because of logistical reasons I will have to drive 100 miles and hours out of my way to return to the dealership to hopefully pick up my vehicle tomorrow. At least one other poor customer had to do the same thing because of an apparent "slow" technician I have a feeling that something will probably be wrong with my vehicle when i go to pick it up. They haven't instilled much confidence with me.

Grand Cherokee Purchase

From start to finish the shopping, test driving and purchasing of our new Jeep was a pleasure. Our salesman Steve was extremely familiar with the vehicle, courteous, patient and most of all eager to help at each step of the purchase process. The staff at Pearson define professional. They are good at what yhey do and are excited about the part they play in the purchase process!

Not the experts in their field...

When my jeep wrangler started having issues at 150,000 miles I decided to take it to a Jeep dealership thinking they were the experts. Wrong!!! The ABS, ESP light and traction control lights came on - they replaced the ABS Module. (If you look this up on google, the ABS module isn't the problem but I didn't realize that right away - they're the experts, right?) After calling me to tell me the car was ready, they called me back an hour later saying it wasn't ready - they couldn't get the module they put in to sync and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT kept coming on. The car was ready the next day and I picked it up - no problem lights on the dash lite up but all of a sudden I had the great Jeep Death Wobble. I had the Car towed back to the dealership - I told them to balance the tires, give it a front end alignment and check the steering stabilizer and trac bar (this is when I used google). They called me 4 days later, said it was ready, all it needed was a steering stabilizer - they did not balance the tires or give it a front end alignment. When I left the dealership, I realized I couldn't make a U-turn on Broad Street and the Wobble returned - within 20 miles. Back to the dealership. Four days later, they called to tell me I needed a front end alignment and new tires. Unfortunately, the tires were Goodyear Wranglers with less than 30,000 miles on them and I had told them to do the front end alignment the week before (seriously?) I drove the car to a garage by the airport (TNT) - within 10 minutes, they knew it was the Trac bar and (yes, there's more) when the steering stabilizer was put on, it wasn't centered (not exactly sure what that means except it was probably installed wrong). Had the car back in 2 days - it drove great. A week later, the check engine light came back on - guess what that was (you probably guessed it???). Since the car was 9 years old with 153,000 miles on it. I just bought a new one - from Whitten Brothers. If you do take your car here, just so you know, if you complain about the repair on your car, your service rep and the assistant manager of the service department will NOT answer they're phone when you call - you'll get voicemail. $800 wasted at Pearson...

Bloodsucking swindlers!

We received recall information regarding the fuel system on our van so I made an appointment and dropped it off at Pearson Chrysler. The letter stated exactly the issues we had been experiencing (strong smell of fuel & the van would stall once the tank was filled with gas). The service department at Pearson just called me saying they will replace the tank as necessary due to the recall but that my fuel pump is going bad and they will be happy to replace it for me with no labor cost meaning I would only pay for the part. Then he told me that the part would cost me $450. Seriously!?! A fuel pump at NAPA costs $156. We told them to only replace the portions covered by the recall. They called again roughly 10 minutes later to inform us that "sometimes fuel pumps get cracked when removing the tank. In that case we will be required to replace it." I told them to leave my van alone and that I will take it to a more trustworthy source for its repairs. Can we say bloodsucking swindlers?!?! Do not trust these dirtbags!!!!
