Got what I needed

I bought my 2012 Audi A4 from these guys and have no complaints. I worked with Alex and Rich, and everyone was super helpful. I had a lot of questions and came back to test drive the car a few times. Ive had the car for over 4 years now and I still love it. Great price and easy experience.

Happy Customer

I recently went car shopping for my son's first car. I wanted something used so it was budget friendly, but also something reliable. I worked with Alex and he was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and my son was very happy! It has been about a year now and the car still runs great. My son is happy and so is my wallet. Great experience.

Super place to find great vehicles!

I had written a poor review after I had problems with a vehicle I purchased from empire. Alex and Dan went out of their way to make it right. I am very impressed on how they handled this situation and will be using them for future used car purchases!!

2013 Ford Transit Connect

I purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Connect from Danny. After finding it posted on the Market Place I reached out with several question as well as requesting a Carfax. Danny was able to answer all of my questions and provide the Carfax information. They are upfront about what vehicles they have and if they have any issues. I drove over from New Jersey for a test drive and everything was exactly as he described it. It was a very easy car buying process and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. It is hard to find a dependable trustworthy dealership but there were no issues with the vehicle or the entire buying process!

2013 Ford Transit Connect

BUYER BEWARE

We purchased a Mercedes Benz 350. At first we were very happy with the whole process. However, 5 days later the check engine light came on. Upon checking it, it was found to have concerning codes that had been reset prior to our purchase. This information was, of course, with held from us. Please have any vehicle checked out at a place you trust first! They are only making them look good to sell!!

Very Bad Experience

I just tried to contact this company to inquire about a few vehicles of interest and the person I spoke with "Alex" came off as comfortably rude. One of the 1st signs of poor customer service to me is when you contact a company and the person answering the phone is short and comes off as too busy to answer questions and the customer has to ask you for your name because you didn't provide upon introductions. So for me the call started off ALL wrong. I attempted to proceed with the call and asked for additional information about a car and the response from Alex was something to the effect of "What do you want to know?" I responded by saying everything you know really...was it a trade in from a private owner, a auction purchase, accidents, etc. Alex's response was "(lol) what specifically do you want to know?" This response was unusual coming from who I thought was a sales person. Typically the sales person will have a sales pitch which he clearly didn't have since he's requiring to customer to have specific questions about vehicles. As a potential customer I'm interested in everything about a used vehicle. A sales person's pitch tells me how much you know about the product you're selling as well as your level of confidence in the product since it's clear that the purchase is as is. Customers shouldn't have to fight for information on your product. Because the call in my view was going left I decided to disconnect the call and attempt a 2nd time at one of the three phone number posted for this company. When I called back the 2nd time guess what Alex answered again. I asked for the owner of the company and he refused to provide that information to me. I said thank you and disconnected again. I called the third number and another gentleman answered and I asked for the only name posted on the website Dan. The gentleman responded by saying he was not in may I help you. I said yes...I'ld like to speak with the manager or owner of the company he responded and said they were not available and how can he help. Again, I responded by saying you can help me by providing me with the name of the manager or owner and he responded by saying he just walked in. Guess who got on the line? Yes. Alex. He said this is Alex may I help you ? I simply said no you may not thank you thank you and disconnected the call. I'm very disappointed in my short and disrespectful experience with Empire Motors Auto Sales LLC. Customer service is very important to me as I'm in the people business and have been for over 20 years. Furthermore, I've purchased multiple used vehicles and Ive never had such an experience. I am beyond miffed due to the fact that both people I spoke with seemed to be working together to avoid providing me with a member of management in an effort to address my customer service concern. Yet they have the following posted on their website..."we take pride in the way we do business. We focus 100% on our customers and believe car-buying should be a fun, hassle-free experience!" I strongly disagree based on my unfortunate experience with this so called sales person Alex. #sodisappointedwithempiremotorsautosalesllc

Fantastic experience

I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes ML 500 from this dealership and I am extremely impressed. I called Alex and asked about the vehicle and for a carfax, he immediately sent it over. I then went to look at the car and could not believe what impeccable condition it was in. He told me that I needed to come back for the inspection because the shop where they have the vehicles inspected was backlogged. As part of the deal I asked if he could get me a second key for the car which he did. I called back a few days later to ask a question about the driver's door lock not working, he responded when your key comes in and you have your inspection come back and we will take a look. A week later, Alex delivered a brand new Mercedes key which is extremely expensive, my car passed inspection which was done at a Meineke so it was legit and he inspected the door lock and told me it needs a new actuator which he is going to order from Mercedes and call me to schedule a time to install it. This is not a branded dealership but a private independent dealership. Last week I also bought a new C300 4matic from Fort Washington Mercedes Benz. Honestly, I felt 100% better about buying from Empire Motors and was treated so much better buying a 2006 than I was buying a 2016. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great quality used car. Please remember, these are used cars and they will most likely need some work. Do your research before buying any car to see what the issues were and plan accordingly. I already know that 2006 for the M-Class was a dicey year for this model, but out of all the M-Class' from this model year, this was the cleanest, highest quality available as shown by the carfax, the in person inspection and confirmed by my mechanic. I have read these other ratings and it is very sad if what these folks experienced is true. I can only offer up my inspection and relay that Alex and his team were professional, pleasant, prompt and stood behind the vehicle even though it was purchased "As-Is". These guys are great and they are worth a look.

Friendly Staff

The staff was very friendly and made you feel confident in the choice you were about to make. They delivered my car to me which was awesome and the car is exactly as described online. Would definently buy from Empire!!

Honest Dealer

Bought an 04 Volvo from Empire. The car had some problems a couple weeks later but Alex the owner and his son Daniel fixed the brake hose that blew free of charge. The vehicle was bought without a warranty so it goes to show that it is an honest and honorable place to buy a used vehicle.
