BEWARE GILLMAN SUBARU: They botched my 30K mile

BEWARE GILLMAN SUBARU: They botched my 30K mile transmission maintenance service by leaving the fill and drain plug loose causing a leak. Fathom that. I was left with a mess and $170. out-of-pocket for the diagnosis and repair. For over a month I have tried to get Gillman to reimburse me, but they do not even bother to return my calls. I contacted the national service line with no luck, case # 250303-2101744. I finally went to the Gillman Subaru dealership weeks ago. The service representative, Marissa Carreon, said the service manager told her to inform me that “the check was in the mail”.

After about six weeks of harassment with “the checks in the mail” type responses, I had to resort to outing Gillman on social media. It was mailed to the wrong address on top of everything.

Got mislead by a honda Civic they were selling.

Got mislead by a honda Civic they were selling. Seems perfectly fine on their listing only to find out that that battery is dead and they wanted me to pay for the replacement and add it to the financing. Very disappointed

They went above and beyond to make this deal happen. Josh even helped transfers items we needed from the old car to new in the heat. He was polite and concerned. This sale does not happen without all the work Joshua Gutierrez put into it.

Mary our salesperson was wonderful.

Mary our salesperson was wonderful. She went above and beyond. All of the sales team were excellent. We went in for service on my 2022 Outback and came home with a beautiful red 2024 Outback. It was a wonderful experience. Gillman Subaru all so has one of the best showrooms I've even been in. The homey fireplace and clean restrooms are exceptional. Mary was a true gem.

Once again, my experience in purchasing my THIRD

Once again, my experience in purchasing my THIRD Crosstrek from Gillman Subaru was met with pleasant and professional treatment by all whom I encountered in the process. Over the years I've dealt with them for purchases, trade-ins and especially service my experiences have been pleasant with all conducting our business with efficiency and respectful caring.
