Out of state purchase made easy
Joaquin was excellent to work with. He answered all of my questions and even took some extra pics that I requested. Buying a vehicle remotely can be tough, but Joaquin did everything he could to make it like I was there in person. Also, LaDon was great to work with. He also went out of his way to help with financing options, all over the phone.

Joaquin is amazing. He’s friendly, helpful and has an upbeat personality. He helped me find absolutely everything I was looking for in my new car. This is the second car I’ve purchased from him and I’ll never buy from anyone else. Or anywhere else for that matter. I’m always more than satisfied when I purchase a car with him. He’s the BEST!

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Hatch Toyota. Every time my experience has been the same. Superlative. This business has a monopoly on my automotive business because I have been treated so well. They are honest, and they are real. I feel like family when I walk in. They know how to do business, exceptional business, and take care of people. Horrible, Time Wasting, Liars.
Worst customer service I have ever witnessed, I get better service at circle K! Let me start by saying that I am a Toyota/Lexus customization specialist, and I buy lots of parts from Toyota dealership nationally, as well as vehicles for my customers base vehicle occasionally. I have a long relationship with Hatch, and Toyota in general, but I will NEVER deal with Hatch Toyota again, they lie, and steal from every customer, and I know people have to run a business and make money, but not caring about peoples safety and blatantly lying about vehicle repairs are completely unacceptable. I would never risk one of my customers safety!

ToytoaTech It is unfortunate you had this experience at our facility. It is our understanding after speaking with you on the phone we would not sell you the 17 year old 4Runner because it needed major repairs. We will not sell a retail customer an unsafe vehicle or one that has major powertrain problems. This particular vehicle was in "holding" to be sold at the wholesale auction. All of our pre-owned retail vehicles go thru an inspection for all safety components. In addition all guests are covered for 15 days 500 miles for major mechanical failures on all pre-owned vehicles. Second awesome experience buying a new work truck
In 2013 I went to Hatch Toyota with a special request. I wanted a new heavy duty RAM 5500 for work. No dealership in our area carries this line of truck but I wanted to keep my money in our local area if I could. So I made my request known to Chaz Hatch and within two weeks I received my new 2013 RAM 5500!! The price was fair and the deal painless. As of February 2017 I wanted a new Ram 5500 with a few new upgrades my 13 didn't have. So again I go to Hatch Toyota on a Monday morning and let Chaz Hatch know exactly what I'm looking for. By the following Tuesday the truck had been found, upfitted with a flatbed and delivered. Wednesday morning I traded in my 13 and drove out with my 17 along with a new Yetti cooler. Another awesome deal and painless buying experience. Chaz and his team at Hatch Toyota are first class professionals who go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want at a great price! Thanks Chaz!!! Your the Man!!

Kings of the Hill
I have never had a team work harder to make one of my dreams come true than I did today with Joaquin and the Hatch Toyota team. I arrived with a very nice 2015 Nissan Altima, the fourth consecutive Nissan I had purchased, with the knowledge that I'd likely be upside down. I had also just test driven the 2017 Nissan Titan and was considering making a 5th consecutive Nissan purchase but was urged by family and friends to check out a Tundra. Luckily, I had the pleasure of dealing with Joaquin in the internet sales department. I say "luckily" because he truly fought to get me into the truck I wanted. I was looking at 2 very similarly optioned trucks and liked them both. When I again spoke to Nissan they told me that with my upside down trade they would have me at payments of no less than $750 and would likely be a bit more. They said that there was nothing they could do and wished me a nice day. Joaquin and Hatch Toyota not only gave me an amazing offer on my trade, I truly believe I got the best deal possible on my new 2017 custom Tundra. It is amazing that we have such a quality dealership on this tiny little mountain and I could not recommend Joaquin and the Hatch team any more highly!

Service Person * * * * * + Preston Walters
I purchased my Toyota Corolla two years ago and have gone back for the regular services and they were ok but the previous to this time I thought maybe I would just go somewhere else and I am so glad that I didn't. I made an appointment for my 30,000 mile check up and Preston Walters met me and we chatted about the problems I had been having and they was one problem that I had reported twice before and it still didn't appear fixed. The other two questions were about tires and checking out if I could attach a little trailer. Preston was terrific. He came back with not only verbal answers to my tire and trailer questions AND he had my blue ray fixed (he asked for the phone while servicing and this did the trick) but he actually had paperwork for me to read over with him. So I will always go to Hatch for my Servicing and ask for Preston. Good no GREAT Job service Department at Hatch Toyota Show Low Arizona
