Took my stinger in fir a leaking tire warranty and they

Took my stinger in fir a leaking tire warranty and they got right in it ordered tire and it was ready just like the lady told me it would be.be back in a couple months for my next svc thanks for all your help..

This is one of the worst car dealerships we have ever

This is one of the worst car dealerships we have ever encountered in my 38 years of owning and buying cars. The service department is completely dysfunctional and has the worst customer service in Memphis. If you need to buy a Kia go somewhere else beside the two Gossett locations in Memphis. We have had nothing but problems try just to get a passenger’s seat fixed and one small speaker in the back cargo area replaced. Monday will be our fifth attempt to get it right. Our car was not even put back together in regards to the door seals on the last visit and they did some damage to our cargo area cover as well. I would give negative 5 stars if this was an option.

Gossett Kia South has it ALL!!

I recently purchased a GMC 1500 Truck from Gossett Kia South & love my truck! It was a simple process. Chuck Micci provided excellent service in a great time of need which I appreciate & I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy. Great thing is Gossett covers a variety of vehicles not just Kias so he’s got it covered!! Thanks Chuck!

I would highly recommend not wasting your time with this...

I would highly recommend not wasting your time with this dealership. I have spent an entire week trying to get someone to help me with placing an order for a Sorento Hybrid however I cannot get a response from anyone. I have emailed multiple people including the sales manager. I've also called multiple people including the sales manager. Today I finally just called the sales number on the website and explained to the person on the phone that I've been trying to order this all week but couldn't get a call back and was assured that someone would reach out to me. Well who would've thought, no call was ever received. I don't understand how this dealership is in business if they won't actually call anyone back. This was the easiest possible sale that this dealership could get as I knew exactly what I wanted to order but they obviously are not interested in doing business with me. I would highly recommend doing business with literally any other dealership at this point.

Above and Beyond

Najee, Archie, and staff went above and beyond for me and my family with our used car purchase and trade. They had the exact car that I had been looking for and made the process quick, simple and stress free. I had a lot of questions and Najee was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff were accommodating as I was driving from out of town. I made them aware that I would arrive close to closing and they were welcoming and did not make us feel rushed at all. The car was ready to go for us and I’m thrilled with my purchase and the full experience. 10/10 would recommend this dealer to family and friends and will definitely be back for my next car!
