WARNING !

WARNING ! DANGER ! This "dealership" is not much more than a fly by night used car lot like you'll find on any secondary street in most towns. I watched them sell a vehicle that is the very definition of a "lemon" to a friend of mine. She made 3 payments and out of those 3 months, rather than on the road, more than 60% of the time the vehicle has been in and out their shop for problems ranging from (within two weeks of signing papers,) having both front axle shafts replaced, no physical key for the fob, improper tire installation and mounting, suspension issues, and installing a hex head screw and a cylinder head gasket cover, repair to an ON GOING oil leak, a miss in the engine, having to wait over 6 HOURS for a tire change on a make and model of a vehicle they sell all day long, to receiving a Dealership Summary Report stating (AFTER 2 months of dealing with ON GOING ISSUES), that the vehicle has had in excess of 3 visits, 15 or more days down, 2 REPEAT REPAIRS, as well in need of a FCA service performed. The previous collision body shop was kind enough to leave contact information on the door paneling about a previous wreck which was only made visible when the plastic paneling behind the passenger front tire came loose causing tears in the rubber on the tire resulting in same tire having to be replaced MULTIPLE times, upon most recent service visit, a UVI kit which is for handling, suspension and on going leaking issues. She even has pictures of parts being held together with JB Weld that they claimed was just a normal part of the car and oil leaking onto and into the spark plugs before and after they claimed to have "fixed the issue". As icing on the cupcake, according to the police, the VIN comes back to a completely different model of vehicle. They have lied, cheated, ghosted, and refused to acknowledge that the vehicle is little more than scrap and now my friend is being forced to voluntarily surrender the vehicle to the finance company, destroying her credit, because it is undrivable and dangerous for her and her young child to ride in. D3 CDJR will undoubtedly try to dispute this review so I am making proof of all of this available for the asking by emailing my through my profile on Google

Lazy mechanics

Looks like I need to have my Fiat towed from Gossett to someone who can actually fix it. I could fix it if I had a mechanic's shop because it's a known problem with that engine and advice and tutorials for fixing compression problems in a Fiat MultiAir engine are easy to find on Fiat forums and even YouTube. But they will only tell me I'm not getting compression and I need a new engine. That is ridiculously lazy. The service reps are very friendly and professional but can never tell me any more than their technician tells them. And those actual technicians really don't seem to want to work very hard to solve a problem.

Michael, our team has inspected your vehicle and determined that the issue is not a compression problem but an internal engine problem possibly due to not driving for awhile. We would be more than happy to discuss this further with you - please reach out to Thomas, our Service Manager if you would like further details on the diagnosis.

Great job

Mr Jones at Chry/Dodge handled my wife’s car While in for service . He was a total professional, which is hard to find these days. He now handles all my service work , even on my off brand Chevy truck. Keep doing what you do.

I took my Grand Cherokee up there around 2 years ago for

I took my Grand Cherokee up there around 2 years ago for a recall where the leather was peeling off the dashboard. I was very happy about it getting replaced until I got into the Jeep and noticed they chipped the wood/vinyl trim in several places while removing the dash. They even left the broken pieces on the floorboard. Also one of the vents is not seated in all the way and seems to be broken I told the service advisor what happened and they came out and inspected it. I was told they would order the new trim and get back to me in a couple weeks. They never got back to me and gave me the run around every time I called to see what was going on. The advisor/manager always seemed to be gone. I called several times over the first couple months. I became very busy at my job working 14 hour days 6 days a week so taking my jeep up there and then Ubering to work and everywhere became the least of my worries. After several months I ended up taking it up there to get a coolant flush after a mechanic put windshield wiper fluid in the coolant reservoir. I reminded them about the incident and all the sudden nobody knows anything about it. They never put a note on the account or anything about what they did. I know, unbelievable huh. The service advisor said he would speak to his manager about the issue and get back to me. Of course they never got back to me and again were never available when I called. Meanwhile I'm still working 14 hour days 6 days a week and don't have the time or energy to stay on them about it. I shouldn't have to stay on them about it. I called them last week and let them know again what happened and really got irritated when Mike the service advisor acted as if I just sat around waiting 2 years before calling even after I had just explained to him that I had told them the issue before I left the parking lot when picking up the Jeep and that I called repeatedly only to get the run around. He was also the same person I spoke with when I got my coolant flushed and said they would get back to me. I can't believe they have such a high rating on here when they treat their customers like this. Keep thinking you can tear up someone's vehicle, refuse to take responsibility and they won't do anything about it.

Thomas, we apologize that you had issues during your service visit to Gossett CJDRF and that it was not handled to your expectations. We strive to keep in close contact with our customers and I am not sure where the miscommunication occurred. While the pandemic and your work schedule is no excuse for us not following up with you – I would guess that it has some bearing on your trim not being repaired. Please give Thomas our Service Manager a call at your convenience as he has been made aware of this and you and he can work to resolve this problem.

BEWARE Gossett staff are a bunch unethical LIARS. Sold me a bad 2018 Mazda CX-5 that they knew was no good. Found the former owners repair orders in which should the PCM and air conditioner were no good. They kept giving them the run around on fixing the issues. Had to have them both replaced by Norcross Mazda who are bunch unethical morons as well. Don't do business with these CROOKS !
