I drove all the way down from Las Vegas to buy a Ford Fiesta for my dad. I called three times to make sure someone would be able to help me when I arrived. I was assured “there are people in red shirts on the lot”. I arrived and the lot had no one in red shirts. I walked all the way over to the office and rang the bell and said I’m the person that called about the fiesta but there’s no one on the lot to show it to me. The person said “you’re here in the office to pay for the car, we can’t show it to you, you need to find someone in a red shirt to show it to you. I explained, there’s no one out there to show it to me. She said “there’s two people out there you need to find them” i walked back out to the lot and again, no one. I found the car, it looks good, I was ready to buy it cash but since there were no red shirts i just left and now I’m headed to Costa Mesa to a legit used car dealer to buy their fiesta... very sad experience indeed.

I bought a beautiful 2004 Jaguar X Type. Car runs great the only issue was that I had to change the throttle. I would gladly purchase another car from here.

i bought cars from you,you tell people it pass smog,you lie you lie about tags some are up to date but went tags are expired you don't tell them you turn engine light off i hope you people go out of business,i will never buy from you again ,i hop it happen to you or your family that they get rip off ,you sell junk Robert sloot

Decided to check this charity auction dealer and see how it works. To my surprise it was fun and seamless with the speed and ease to bid on any cars you may consider to buy. After all was said and done, we got a very nice 2001 Toyota Avalon that seems to be in very good condition still and rides real smoothly. Small mechanical repairs, but nothing that broke the pocket book and as expected for a car over 200K miles on it. Still a great way to buy something for cheap and a great ride. Take that Chance. I'll be back again and again and again.!!

This is an auction lot, not a dealership. They allow you to turn on the ignition, but no test drives were allowed. Wouldn't allow me to bring it to a mechanic. Only shop here if you are a mechanic experienced with auctions

Called to verify that they still had the car we saw online. The girl that answered phone clearly was busy with something or didn't want to be there because she was rude. She cut me off while talking g and transferred me to someone else who informed me they didn't know if car was there and said we couldn't test drive. Cars were sold as is. This should be mentioned in ad. I would never buy a car without test driving it.
