I had a very disappointing experience with the
I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. The service advisor assigned to me never contacted me with any updates regarding my vehicle. I initially dropped it off for an oil change and requested a brake inspection, but it ended up taking four days to get my vehicle back. Throughout that time, I never received any communication and had to call three separate times just to get an update—otherwise, I would have had no idea what was going on. The customer service was extremely poor. There was no effort to assist customers, and the staff lacked basic courtesy, such as greeting customers with a smile. The lack of communication and professionalism is concerning, and unfortunately, I have to return for further service, leaving me worried about how long it will take next time. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service and communication.

Payment policy is going to mean going to someone else.
Payment policy is going to mean going to someone else. Extra fee for credit cards, will not take a company check. Who is going to walk in with $3,000+ cash. Debt cards lead to fraud. Company does not use debit cards. I am sure you take checks from your fleet customers. We are a small Calif. corporation. for 40+ years but only have 2 cars in our fleet. I am sure we can find a more friendly payment policy business to do future work.. And don't start me on the problem with the blind estimator in the body shop.
