I hate the car buying process. I do not like being pressured to make a decision on the spot, and I do not like haggling. American Imports made it easy... their pricing is very fair right up front, so I didn't need to haggle. Plus, the test driving process was easy, I didn't have to give a bunch of information or have to take the salesperson with me. I wasn't pressured to make a decision, I took a couple of days to think about it, then just went it and finalized the deal. I'll go back when I need to buy another car.

We showed up 30 minutes until close and they were so understanding and kind. We found a Volvo we absolutely loved right away and they made the buying process so easy and fast for us. I will definitely come here again for my next vehicle. The gentleman that assisted us was so easy to talk to and friendlier than others we spoke with at other dealerships. I am so glad my friend told us to check them out because there is no way I could’ve asked for a better, safer vehicle for my husband within a reasonable price range.

We looked at a truck. Got in and out pretty quick. They had a lot of vehicles to choose from. Staff was not pushy even though we arrived right before closing

Found a truck on cars.com and went in to take a look at it. Its a very small location with way to many cars in the parking lot. Took the 2 guys a few min to find the Truck. They gave me the keys to go look at it. It didnt start..... They tried to jump start it and that didnt work. Left my phone number and told them to call me when they fixed it, never received a phone call.

I called about the availability of the car and the condition mechanically. They advertise that they check their cars out. I was told that the car was in good condition as far as they knew and available. I drove 150 miles one way to possibly buy the car. When I got there and started the car up the check engine light was on. Needless to say it was a 300 mile round trip for nothing. I would never recommend American Imports to anyone.

I went to purchase and new vehicle from American Imports and the customer service was phenomenal! I was referred to them and I would refer them to everybody

Third vehicle I've purchased. Always very satisfied.

Called and asked if there were any problems with the car, was told no. I have found issue after issue since. Not happy
