So I purchased a 2014 bmw from this company with a

So I purchased a 2014 bmw from this company with a comprehensive $2500 warranty, at the time the guy swore to me to fix the side mirror and have my license plate sent to dealership when I called him later that day to tell him the navigation and the Bluetooth didn’t work he reassured me they would fix it when I brought it in to fix the mirror- the car has been repainted terribly and on top of that right after buying the car I called the sales guy who sold me the car telling him the navigation and the Bluetooth doesn’t work the same day I got the car. When I called back 2 weeks later checking on if the mirror was there or not they said, “they had no record of me having a warranty and then when they verified I did have a warranty they said oh that’s not covered in the warranty. (Navigation / Bluetooth) Here we are 2 months later still no call about my license plate or a scheduled time to fix the mirror so I took it to the bmw dealership to have them check out some things and they showed me countless pictures of rust, and structural integrity issues. I never like to seem like unreasonable or difficult but the way this dealership handled the entire process even getting angry I didn’t want to use the finance company they recommend (because it helps him out -Albert) for clarification I put $7,000 down as a down payment and have above average credit I was hoping this company would want to foster a relationship on honesty and integrity. Please do not work this place it is extremely shady they have had my license plate for weeks and tell me excuse after excuse when I called today I asked why I haven’t been contacted about the license plate and they replied of course you got correspondence that I must be wrong I work in insurance and insure hundreds of cars a year I know the process well, if you don’t want to get screwed over do not buy a car here I will be filing my complaint with the better business bureau. If you like being talked over and lied too than this is your place. Below is my vehicle inspection for having the car less than 2 months from the bmw dealership. (Which by the way they disclosed they would feel extremely uncomfortable even touching this because of the integrity damage from rust) -DURING VEHICLE INSPECTION THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WERE NOTED BY THE TECHNICIAN: *REAR SUBFRAME IS EXTREMEMLY RUSTED AND HAS NO STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY, SEVERAL AREAS ARE VERY THIN. THIS IS DANGEROUS AND WILL IMMINENTLY FAIL. *BOTH HEADLAMP LEVEL SENSORS (ON SUSUPENSION) HAVE RUSTED TO THE POINT OF SEPARATION AND HAVE BEEN ZIPTIED IN PLACE IN THE PAST. *EXHAUST CLAMPS RUSTED AND ARE CLOSE TO BREAKING. *FRONT STRUCTURAL BRACES ARE HEAVILY RUSTED AND BROKEN. *SEVERAL BODY PANELS ARE RUSTING. ALL BODY PANELS HAVE BEEN POORLY REFINISHED. *USED AMPLIFIER HAS BEEN INSTALLED BUT NOT CODED. *REAR DIFFERENTIAL IS BADLY RUSTED, THE DUST SHIELDS HAVE RUSTED THROUGH AND ARE ALLOWING DEBRIS TO ENTER THE DIFFERENTIAL CAUSING FAILURE. *USED CONVERTIBLE TOP CONTROL MODULE INSTALLED. *FRONT CORE SUPPORT IS BADLY RUSTED. *ALL SUSPENSION COMPONENTS ARE BADLY RUSTED. *NON FACTORY GROUND WIRE RUN FROM ENGINE TO STRUT TOWER. THIS VEHICLE HAS EITHER HAD SIGNIFICANT WATER DAMAGE OR HAS BEEN DAMAGED FROM DRIVING ON SALTED ROADS FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION OF ALMOST EVERY PART OF THE SUSPENSION/UNDERBODY. THIS VEHICLE IS NOT ROAD WORTHY OR SAFE. Albert was my sales person he was rude and extremely disrespectful/unprofessional I have videos of him saying it doesn’t look that bad and his mechanic saying we never inspected this car interesting how all his “Certified” cars which is hilariously horribly painted on the side of his rinky dink car lot this place should be shut down immediately!!! His resolution to this problem was to not give me my money back, it was to put me into another over priced car! I came here to find my review removed so I will make sure every so often it’s not!

🍋🍋🍋LEMON LOT.

🍋🍋🍋LEMON LOT. They say it wasn’t a lemon when I bought it almost 2yrs ago but it immediately started breaking down…..interesting. 🤔 I bought a truck off this lot and since then I’ve had to sink thousands into it, speaking from experience don’t buy an expensive lemon here. I have a truck that won’t start and almost 20,000 left to pay off. I’ll have to surrender it seeing as I can’t afford to have health problems, pay on a lemon, and look for a new xxx to get me and my son from A-B in. Thanks Mattingly motors it was a one of a kind experience! God bless!
