Bought a truck a few years ago I was very satisfied my vehicle was involved in an accident went right back to dynamic and got another great people.

This is the 3rd car purchase in the last 10yrs from this dealer but my first time writing about it, the process is always fast and simple i really do appreciate the dedication they have for us the customer.

Key fob fell apart a month and a half after vehicle purchase; keys purchased from third party but very faint attempt to not have the cost averted from me. When I called to complain I was told, "I'm not trying to be argumentative but you did have a new key when you left". All the while talking through his lunch meal. The point was the quality of the key was inferior and left me without transportation for two days. Carl did not sound very apologetic.

I love my new truck and everyone was so nice and professional. I definitely would recommend Dynamic Cars to all my friends and family, which I have.

so this is my first time getting a car im so glad I pick dynamic cars as my first choice.. carl is the sales man who handle everything for me he worked with me to insure I would drive off today in car which I did I would tell any and everything to come dynamic cars they have such great customer service very nice and polite I will be working with them for a very long time I don't need to go anywhere else this is home.. keep up all the great work you do you'll all are awesome

After, going to several car dealership's I was getting so frustrated and loosing all humbleness cause they would run my credit and they would deny me or give me a high down payment but after about two months of looking for the right dealer that I felt comfortable with I finally cam into dynamics auto sales on east fayettte street in Baltimore city , it was the greatest decision of my life he got me the car I wanted and everything I love it I bought the 2011 sonata and it runs great and you get awesome warranty I have a 4 year warranty and its great.

After being turned down at another dealer I stopped in and talked with Robin, who had me approved in less than five minutes. He asked me what my payment range was and how much I had to put down and made sure he worked within those parameters. I found a car I REALLY wanted but the monthly payment was too high. Robin went to bat for me with the finance company and was able to get my payment lowered. The personnel were extremely helpful. They stayed open late so I could test-drive the vehicle. I came back the next day to get the car and Robin had had it washed and serviced in the meantime. I plan on recommending Robing and Seeta to everyone of my friends and family who need a new vehicle. I absolutely plan on coming back for another vehicle!! Customer for life right here.

First let say that Robin and his wife Sita was excellent they made me feel comfortable; when I first contacted them over phone ten years ago that's when I brought my Ford Truck. Robin explained everything to me in detail and how things can work out and he didn't treat me like a woman he treated me like a customer. Since then my son visited Dynamic Cars Dealership on Fayette St and purchased his first car. He left the dealership feeling confident, because Robin asked questions of what he wanted Out of the many cars on the lot my son drove away with a cute little Scion and I picked up the Nissan Armada from his Howard St Dealership. What can I say, but everything is great. I?m pleased and will be returning when my daughter is ready to get her first car. Thanks Dynamic Cars you are truly Dynamic.
