dishonesty at its finest
I purchased a 07 dodge 1 ton and within 3 weeks I was faced with a repair bill of $1600. the rear end had bad bearings, u-joint, a/c condenser. one month later it was back in the shop for a clutch, another u-joint, a/c compressor, carrier bearing, and believe it or not, a bent carrier bearing hanger. two batteries that won't hold a charge. so far to date total repairs are a little over $4000 in less than 4 months, the dealer says I am being ripped off by my mechanic. not so. I have been a shade tree mechanic for over 50 years and have known this one for about 15

JUNK DEALER
Drove 95 miles after being assured the car I was going to look at was a clean car.The exhaust was bad ,air conditioner did not work, the brake light was on,and when I touched the fender a piece of rust fell off, the size of the top of a soda can. This dealer gives used car dealers a bad rep.Dont waste your time with this guy.

Do not buy from R&S Auto - very dishonest!!
We drove 4 1/2 hours to buy a vehicle from R & S Auto after talking to them all week about needed repairs on the car. We came ready to purchase the car. We specifically asked before arriving if the frame was bent and they guaranteed it was not. Complete lie. The owner totally played dumb when we arrived, took it for a test drive and realized the car was a hunk of junk with major frame problems adding significant amount to repair costs. Dealer claimed not to know anything about it even though someone from his company had driven the car from Michigan to Iowa. We knew after driving it for 2 minutes. This is why used car dealers have such horrible reputations! Do not do business with this company.

Quick response
Very fast response from the dealership. Unfortunatley the vehicle they offered did not meet our banks criteria. They are very honest and freindly. I would definitley recommend this dealership to a freind.
