When I had problems with a vehicle, He refused to help me even though the problems had been there since day 1. After ignoring my messages, I went to the better business burau, where he also ignored them. If I could give him a 0/5 stars I would. Very poor communication and very poor customer service skills.

Very rude and disinterested in selling cars. Worst experience ever. Do not trust this shady fly by night sorry excuse for a used car lot. Stick with a franchise store where you will be treated with respect.

Chris was very nice and easy to work with. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable. The buying process went very smoothly. I couldn?t have asked for anything more.

Test drove a vehicle recently at Hometown Motors. We loved the vehicle, and would have potentially purchased it, however we felt as though the staff was very demeaning and became defensive after we told them what our hopes were as far as financing. I realize this is a business and they have to make money somehow, but treating customers the way we were treated is not going to make you any money. We will be going to one of the "big buck" stores as Kenny called them to purchase a vehicle.
