Top quality professional courtesy and service at every level of the sales spectrum. Billy was very accomodating, friendly and above board the entire time. I valued the fact that my wife and I didn't have to run the gauntlet of getting passed over to the sales manager. Billy handled the whole sales process impeccably. Since I had to have our vehicle custom built, Billy kept me updated on the progress and when it arrived. He also took the time to review all the features and to take the vehicle on another test drive to make sure it was in perfect condition. Went for a recall and everyone was very helpfull and friendly. I had to wait a few hour to get the job done and while waiting had some coffee and cake with Rita Poyatos who helped to pass time and served me great coffee while waiting.

Having never bought a car before I was new to the entire process and was worried about getting a good deal on the car that I wanted. Charlie was fantastic in helping me find and pick out the car that best matched my needs and budget. He was great in helping me hold the car for over a week while I waited for an insurance settlement check to come in. When I came back to purchase the I had the pleasure of finalizing my deal with David. He was able to get me a great interest rate even with my lack of credit. David was able to work his magic and get my in my car for a monthly price that was right in line with my budget. All in all, it was a great transaction from beginning to end. In 5 years I will be back here to get another BMW.

Even though I was buying a 13 year old BMW Z3 Roadster, I was treated just as well as if was a new M6 convertible. From start to finish, including a first (complimentary) service check to re-balance the wheels, the crew at BMW of Sudbury have been just great.
