Bought (leased) my first BMW!

This past weekend I had the wonderful experience of purchasing my first BMW, Charlie was honest and helpful throughout. He showed great enthusiasm for the brand itself, while also being incredibly knowledgeable. I felt no pressure whatsoever, a rare feeling when buying a car. I am thrilled with my purchase and have no regrets. Not sure I would've gotten the deal done with anyone else. The entire experience was enjoyable and would recommend him to anyone else looking to purchase a BMW.

New 320i

First time BMW owner thanks to the knowledge and patience of our client advisor, Dan Mahoney. Dan guided us through the models we expressed an interest in and made sure we learned enough about each to make our final decision. Great Experience with Umit !!!!

I was very fortunate to have been able to work with Umit Ozturk as I leased my first BMW , 2017 330i, . Even though Umit was relatively new in his position he demonstrated great instincts and was extremely informative and attentive to detail . After working with Umit I will reccomend this dealership to anyone

Excellent Buying Experience Start to Finish

After visiting a number of dealers over the last few weeks, I ended up meeting Charlie Karkaetedes at BMW of Sudbury. I am very glad i did. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Charlie - he was totally professional, patient, always helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very generous with his time both during the process and after the deal was done. I also appreciated his low-key, no pressure, no hype approach. If you are in the market for a BMW, call Charlie!

Awesome experience with Peter and Anthony.

Had an easy, stress-free experience leasing an x3 with Peter Vargo- helped walk me through the options and made sure I got just what I wanted. Anthony was also extremely helpful in the financing process. This was my first car-buying experience and BMW Sudbury made it as fun and painless as possible, couldn't be happier with my decision.

Excellent experience. Manny delivers!

I had spent many months putting down deposits and frequenting dealerships to get my hands on a new M2. This is where BMW Sudbury and Manny delivered. Manny provided excellent service from the time I walked in, until the time I drove away, and then some more.

Dan Mahoney is terrific!

Dan Mahoney made a usually stressful experience stress and hassle free. His knowledge, polite and helpful demeanor made the process a happy one! Also the usual hard sell by the manager did it exist, the manager Eric Millar could not have been nicer. Highly recommend BMW of Sudbury and especially Dan!

Nice facilities, poor delivery condition

I bought a Pre owned 550 and the sales process was overall pretty good. The delivery condition of the 550 was, however, a different matter. The cat had alignment issues and the center console was broken.
