I purchased a 2008 Silverado 2500 from this dealership in October 2019. Buyer beware. A list of the larger repairs completed as of December 2020: Steering pump, AC compressor, CV axles, ball joints, tie rods, oil pump. I have a list of 27 individual repairs of costs of up to $1500. The warranty I purchased has covered in excess of $10,000 within the 14 months of ownership. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed the salesperson had clicked past the service system light. During my first tire rotation the shop noted my tires were not rated properly for my truck. They had an index of “F.” A Silverado 2500 requires an “E.” The tires would only inflate to 65 PSI rather than the truck’s required 80 PSI. The wheels installed on the truck were also inadequate, they were for a Silverado 1500. A few months in a repair facility pointed out multiple panels of the truck had been repainted (rippled paint) and noted that my bed and cab do not align properly- my truck was wrecked. This is not shown on the carfax or title. This truck spends weeks in the shop, drives a thousand or so miles, then ends up at the shop for major repairs again. After 14 months of ownership I intend to sell this vehicle. If you buy- get an inspection and buy the warranty. Update: two days after writing this review my truck is in the shop again. Now I’m being told I need a new motor. Thank you for the lemon Excellent Choice Auto Sales.
