Waited before I did the review.

Waited before I did the review. A little irritated. Have a issue with my Kia and the customer service is telling me this problem is covered under the lawsuit for the engine replacement but the local dealer is telling me different. So not sure what I should believe. Losing a quart of oil every 1000 miles on a newer vehicle with low miles is very concerning to me. I have been told it needs a new engine because of possibility of rod bearings failure but all I keep hearing is oil consumption. Dealer says that's a different issue but the customer service at the corporate office is saying different. My lawyer is checking into it. Will NEVER buy or deal with Kia again over this issue.

Friendly employees.

Friendly employees. Free bottled water and snacks for customers. Clean facility. It?s nice pulling my car in garaged area and talk to a service advisor to avoid bad weather, availability of parking woes and long walks to inside.
