This dealer ship wouldn’t adjust price a single dollar. I ended up buying the truck for multiple reasons, but went looking for the owners manual and couldn’t find it, called them about it was basically told they wouldn’t supply one. Don’t think I’ll go back there. They knew I was from far away and stretched that to their benefit as much as they could. But I was in a situation where I couldn’t be without a truck so it wasn’t like I could just “walk away” and play hard ball with them.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! I am a union carpenter and purchased a 2019 F250 for 35,000. The truck was blue certified so they give you the impression everything is going to be taken care of then only 2months later it started to misfire and then check engine light came on. So I took it in and it needs new spark plugs and coils which is going to cost 2,000. I spoke with the manager and asked since I just bought it and the warranty won’t cover this, is it something that they could at least meet me half way with. The answer was NO. Creditable dealerships check these type of things before putting them on the lot and slapping a ford blue certified sticker on it.

Went with my daughter to purchase a 2020 Hyundai
Went with my daughter to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. We worked with Andre Singleton and it was a wonderful experience. A kind man who truly cared that we were getting a good vehicle at a fair price. He made sure to personally take it for a test drive and a thorough walk around before we left to come and see the car, as we were coming a pretty far distance. Great car, great experience. Thank you Andre and everyone at Northgate Ford, including our finance manager (I apologize as I have forgotten his name). Appreciated that there were no add-ons to the cost, just the standard tax, title and a reasonable dealer doc fee.

Absolutely miserable customer service.
Absolutely miserable customer service. Bought and truck off of a sales associate named Vance. Jumped through all sorts of hoops in order to make the purchase. Things that any other dealership would have done for the consumer. The sales manager Ashley was just as bad as her salesman. Both acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my hard earned money at their dealership. I cannot recommend enough that you steer well clear of this place.

Tired of waiting
I had a 9:30 appointment at the dealership. They took my vehicle to the service area at 9:30 At 11:00 my vehicle was sitting in the same spot for one and a half. It’s now been 3 hours and it’s still not done The service technician told me they started on the vehicle at 9:30 he was wrong The service consisted of putting on 4new tires which cost me $1300.00 Service technician was great Service was horrible,never again It’s now been 3houurs. They took lunch and I have to wait until 1:00
