I already owned a Kia Sportage and was thinking about
I already owned a Kia Sportage and was thinking about upgrading, so I just went to look around. A sales person by the name of Marilyn helped me with all the questions I had, I felt that very comfortable, no pressure about anything and she knew her job. She showed me a couple of Sorento's in which I was thinking about and explained everything in detail to me. Needless to say at the end of my visit I left in a new Sorento, my dream car, all thanks to Marilyn. I would recommend her to anyone that I know looking for a new car, no pressure, she's very knowledgeable, patient and polite. AWESOME sales person! I'm one very happy customer!

The absolute worst dealership to deal with.
The absolute worst dealership to deal with. They come on so friendly and helpful, but that's the start of the manipulation. They will double team you, pressure you and lie to you. They only ask how much you want to pay monthly and NEVER show what you are actually paying for the vehicle. They rush you through the process and never give you any time to read the sales contract and hide it in the stack of papers they rush you through signing. In the end. I ended up paying almost $1000 over sticker price with an outrageous finance rate and term. What a deal Brian made...for himself and the dealership. WATCH OUT!

I was super curious as to why a dealership would give me
I was super curious as to why a dealership would give me a print out of answers to questions on a review of their dealership and now I know why. First off, who prints out the answers to a customer service survey and tells people how to answer? Ill tell you who, a dealership with zero professionalism or concern of peoples safety. If you’re looking at this dealership run! I will start by saying that the manager of the service department was the only person who was any kind of help there. Leasing a 2024 kia tellaride. 8 months old, i have had numerous times where go to push down the brake to start the car and nothing. The break wont go down.i pushed it off for a bit because when doing it again it will work and lets be honest especially when its a doesnt happen every time issue you get zero answers. In chick fil a parking lot I go to start my car and my car wont start. The break once again wont push down. Try again and got some resistance but car started and I started to reverse. Well, my car which had me and 2/4 of my kids in doesnt break when im in the middle of reversing. I had to shut my car off completely for the car to atop moving. Thank God it was in a parking lot and not in a road where it could of been way worst. Call the dealership and get a girl on the phone who tried to tell me I may he responsible for the tow (even though I told her my car was less then a year old). Also told me it could he up to 2-3 weeks before its fixed. I go back and forth and she tells me manager went home sick. Finally she puts me through a manger of another department who atleast could tell me tow is free under warranty and give me number to customer affairs. Call them and im told they will only cover 174$ per day for a rental. You tell ne what rental place rental cars that seat up to 7 people which is what I was paying Kia to lease. Basically the rest is on me. Then, I get a phone call next day saying they looked at my car and there was nothing wrong with it. I could not break my vehicle when reversing with my children in the car……. Your telling me you did nothing to it and think im taking it home? Yea no. My husband goes to kia and they try to tell him the same thing. He asked if brakes were flushed and looked at and the man said no they only do that at 10,000 miles. With a little push back they agree to do it. I go to pick my vehicle up and see the entire incident is not fully documented on my paperwork and asked to have it fixed and here come the eye rolls of people who have no idea what is going on with my vehicle.at this point im fuming. All of this for an 8 month old car and people are acting like im bothering them? Once again the only person who showed any type of consideration towards me or my husband was the manager of services. He rewrites it so that it is stated the brakes did not work properly Twice. So the best answer we get is next time it happens to take a video and that in order for anything to happen, this has to happen two more times. MY CAR HAS TO NOT BRAKE TWO MORE TIMES for me to get ANY resolution. Shame on you Kia for thinking the safety of my children shouldnt be a priority. Lesson learned. I posted trying to get feedback about similar situations and let me tell you it didnt take long for people to start telling me their equally mortifying experiences.

My car is currently in the service department because the 12v battery is dead for the 4th time in one day. Insane that my 1.5 year old car is having issues. On top of that they are saying they can't look at it until Wednesday it's Saturday, and they can't give me a loaner car! I started a new job and need my car next week, this is insane! Why can't I get a loaner car? Also I referred 2 people to buy EV9's from them a few months ago and I have not received my referral money! I want this all resolved.

He guided me in the right direction with what features I was looking to have. He was very outgoing, super informative and made my car shopping experience surprisingly fun!
