Great Customer Service and repair work done there!

I have been going to Koops for the last 1.5 years afte going to another local repair shop ever since I've owned a car. The owner Jeremy is great. They put customer needs and satisfaction above anything else! When they quote you a repair price before the work gets done they stick top to that price even if it ends up costing more than they quoted. His business has expanded so much that they have another location in our town to better serve there customers like me!
