After some typical small talk, back and forth communication (or there lack of took days at times to hear back) I violated my gut instinct and made an offer. I believe the owner or one of them made a counter offer which once again I’ve violated my gut instinct and excepted his counter offer via email which I still have to show them and the world that his counter offer clearly states TAXES, TITLE ANS ALL FEES ARE INCLUDED! I was sent a link to fill out financing information which I immediately did shortly after I received a call from my sales I was sent a link to fill out financing information which I immediately did shortly after I received a call from a sales rep that wanted some additional info that wanted some additional info. I provided that and was told he would contact me within a few hours soon as he hears back from creditor/s. Couple days went by with no communication efforts from their behalf at which point I called. I was told everything was preapproved and we are good to go once again someone was going to contact me within an hour to move along the process . Once again days went by with no communication efforts on their behalf once again. Once again I took the initiative and called to find out what the status is. Keep in mind this is almost a week later I was told by the gentleman that the counter offer did not include sales tax and fees! I forwarded him a copy which he requested of the email that clearly states the counter offer included all taxes title and fees. Mind you this is a 90k vehicle. Once again no response for days when I attempted once again the same gentleman told me that the owner was still thinking about the counter offer. Here we are almost another week later and no response. Shame on me for going against my gut instinct in attemp to give these jokers 90k of my hard earned money! Buyer beware !!!

We recently purchased a 2017 370Z from the downtown location. From the minute I sent an email late one night asking if the car could be transferred from the Mt. Juliet location to the downtown location so we could take a test drive (the answer came back quickly and was "yes") until we signed on the dotted line a couple of days later, we had nothing but a great experience. We do our due diligence when buying a car so we go in knowing what a fair price is for whatever car we want to purchase. There was no haggling over the price of the 370Z. It was priced to sell. Everyone we encountered at the downtown location was kind and courteous. We will definitely look to them in the future when it comes time to look for another car or truck!

I was in the market for a 370z Nissan and originally was going the route of buying a new vehicle. Came across their website and saw a low mileage one and offered a fair market price predicated on detailed description of what they had on the web. Very detailed pictures and picture /history of vehicle. During the entire transaction Jerry West (sales rep) was professional and punctual with information and very knowledgeable about the vehicle........ was able to close a deal within minutes. I arranged to pick up the vehicle within days and upon arrival everything was prepped, paperwork ready to go and entire transaction was delightful.
