I purchased a used Acura.

I purchased a used Acura. Jules went over and beyond to get my vehicle to me. We live about 2 hours from dealership so he met us with my new car halfway between the dealership and our home. He also arranged for a recall repair at the Acura dealership so we wouldn’t have to have that done. Great job Jules. Thank you. Ann

If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister, purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 from Rick Case Mazda in Duluth on October 31st, and her experience has been nothing short of appalling. She canceled the extended warranty on November 25th, but the finance manager, Audra Bachman, has completely ignored her repeated attempts to confirm whether the cancellation has been processed or refunded. When my sister initially called Audra to let her know she had changed her mind about the extended warranties, Audra became extremely rude and combative, refusing to cancel the warranty. Left with no choice, my sister contacted the warranty company directly to cancel it. Despite receiving confirmation that the warranty was canceled, Audra ignored follow-up emails about the refund. This behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. On top of that, the car was sold to her with a damaged grille. When she contacted the dealership immediately after getting home, they insisted she must have hit something on the way home—completely dismissing their responsibility. During the purchasing process, they deliberately avoided showing her the front of the car and took the vehicle for a wash while she was overwhelmed with financing paperwork and pressured into unnecessary warranties. The entire process felt manipulative and dishonest. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is infuriating. My sister feels completely gaslit and regrets ever doing business with this dealership. If she had known how poorly they treat their customers, she would never have purchased from them. I strongly caution others to avoid Rick Case Mazda in Duluth at all costs

I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-50 from Rick Case Mazda.

I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-50 from Rick Case Mazda. Within a week, the vehicle's sunroof began malfunctioning, and the driver's seat, on a car with less than 30,000 miles, was already ripped. Despite multiple service visits, the dealership's service department repeatedly failed to deliver on promises of timely repairs and loaner vehicles. The dealership's lack of urgency, poor communication, and inability to resolve these issues left me frustrated and inconvenienced. The dealership's dismissive attitude toward my concerns and their failure to provide satisfactory customer service were unacceptable. I was forced to make multiple trips to the dealership, often without a suitable loaner vehicle, to address these recurring problems. The dealership's lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my experience.

We bought a used car from Rick Case and it lasted 90 days

We bought a used car from Rick Case and it lasted 90 days before it had complete engine failure. We basically spent $16,000 to rent a car for 3 months. The salesman never responded to my email, and the General Manager wouldn't even respond. He just sent me back to the salesman. Their website touts their "unwavering commitment to customers", but I don't see it. I realize that used cars don't have a warranty, but a car they supposedly inspected to sell on their lot, under their name, to have complete engine failure within 90 days is completely unacceptable. They refused to say anything but "you should have bought the warranty". So this is your warning. Never buy a used car from Rick Case without planning ahead to pay a few thousand bucks for a warranty. And even then, be ready for a hassle, because who knows if they even inspect the cars they sell.

Went for new tires and oil change.

Went for new tires and oil change. Ordered tires through Mazda and chose appt, received confirmation, but upon arrival, no appt in system. Service advisor, Ty, was very helpful and got things taken care of for me. He was helpful with updates on my service while there. Service came with an instant rebate which was not applied at time of service despite asking. Have reached out to service managers Charlie and Ruben for last month with no response. After reaching out to Ty, he was able to get Charlie to contact me but when I returned his call I have again been ignored. Extremely poor customer service by Rick case Mazda service managers as I attempt to get assistance but continue to receive no response. Definitely can’t recommend them as if you need something, you’re ignored.

Brought my daughters 2017 CX-5 in to have the AC looked

Brought my daughters 2017 CX-5 in to have the AC looked at again. Had the same problem last July and Mazda Roswell fixed it for 10 months. Roswell can't look at it until June 22. My daughter leaves back for Valdosta grad school on May 31. June in Valdosta w/o AC stinks. Rick Case did even less. It takes about 25-30 for the problem to appear. They said they couldn't find the problem even with a video of no air coming out with the fan on full speed. This car has been nothing but problems since I bought it. Rick Case and Roswell have terrible cust service. I'll never have a Mazda again. The dashboard had to be replaced 9 months after I bought the car b/c they couldn't figure out how to get the Check Engine light to go off, the rear calipers froze last August, and the AC has now gone out two times. It's a 3.5 year old car. Going to but her a Toyota and not worry about problems like these
