They sold me a car that started to fall apart. First the shifter wasn't shifting, then the lower right control arm almost killed me, then the car started leakage oil. Well before the warranty expires, and you STILL have to pay for repairs. Never again.

Andrew and Margaret have helped me out on more than one occasion. I've been with them for six plus years and never had any problems. They are very personable and professional people!

I made an online inquiry, and the phone call I received was a woman with a very unpleasant demeanor. I was at work and could talk at the time. However, just the vibe and her lack of professionalism just made me not want to deal with them. I couldn't shake that first impression.

Worst customer service ever. They can talk your ear off on the phone but can’t never talk to you face to face! These people are all a scam! Don’t do it ! When you need someone to explain a contract to you they always want you to come back or the MANAGER can’t come explain anything , they want you to stand up go through your forms and ask questions over the phone, how is that helpful I made the effort to come here before work and you are at work and can’t sit face to face your still a voice over the phone. They want only lawyers and lawsuits handed to them ! They are a huge scam ! Use suffering ppl and take advantage of then. In the contract it self says for you to come to them with any problems they rather handle it outside of court but obviously not! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

I bought a car from them last year and this year the transmission blowout in it they took care of the lawn they have with that and put me in another vehicle what the amount the same payment I had on the first one

After being with them for 3 years and purchasing 2 other vehicles through them bought a van November 2018 through them and being late on my payment they turned it off. Now I have no way to get to work to get a paycheck to pay them. Told me I’m never going to work again. They outright use threats. I should file a complaint with the police for the threats.

I well tell everyone I know about this place ! The worst place , my car cuts off on me , all the lights on the dash keeps coming on , they did me dirty . I hate that place never again SMFH...

Not affordable. Payments are well over $400 a month. Horrible customer service. Turned the car off days before the payment was due. When I called I got an attitude and hung up on. Tried to make a payment but they refused to accept it because the card was in my husbands name meanwhile I had paid with his card for a whole year before this occurred. It was a new card because the old one got messed up and when I told them this the response was “of ******* course it is.” Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

Some of the Kingston employees are horrible to deal with. No manners or respect and very unprofessional. Not at all willing to work with you after you make a purchase. Never again at this place

Great vehicles and friendly people. Fast paperwork. Would buy again from them. Always quick to answer questions and very helpful. Love my Hyundai tucson. Happy customer
