Lorenz in the payment division is rude and unprofessional he acted like a mobster doing a shake down when I told him that I spoke with Melanie about the $500 deductible I owed and I'd have the full pmt in 3wks. Told me that was unacceptable and if I didn't pay him now he's marking my account delinquent and reporting it to my credit mean while EVERY PAYMENT WAS ON TIME. They just received a check for 4,500 from my insurance company this morning.

Today I was able to get approved @ Carlotta Car sales. This is my first time through Carlotta and also my firt car with Thomas Christman as the sales person. Thomas made the credit application experience smooth and easy. I had alot of anxiety dealing with another dealership before coming to Carlotta and I'm glad I did choose to buy a car with them. I had this dealership when I bought two of my vehicles they charged me xxxx for my mistibishi my husband had a wreck with it it became totaled I got a check for my totaled car it came back higher then what I paid for the car since I bought one car they also gave me a price break on the second vehicle
