I purchased a Lexus ES350 from Village Car Store located at 1390 Coirtright Rd. Columbus Oh on Feb 8, 2018. My salesperson was Jeff Silleck. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am extremely happy with my purchase. This dealership is very honest and I recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. You will be very glad you did.. I can't stop smiling !

Jeff and the people at Village were able to work with me and get me into the car I was interested in the same day. Very straight-forward process. Most dealers usually have some sort of trick they try to use to try to upsell you on a different car, these guys aren't that kind of dealer. What you see is what you get. Highly recommend if you see something on their listings, go check it out.

Can say enough about these guys. I got a great car at a good price. A few problems showed up with the car after purchase. I called them up and they took care of everything to make sure that the car was up to the standard that I expected when I made the purchase. They were under no obligation, but they must value customer service. I'll definitely be back next time I need a new car.

I was very surprised at how nice the staff are. Jeff took great care to explain each step to me. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not to mention the price is right at Village! I would definitely go back here to buy again!

I am from as far upstate NY as anyone can get. I had spoken with Zach on several occasions about buying a used 2000 bmw 328ci. Everyone was very friendly and before I even flew out to Ohio Zach sent me almost 50 pictures of my future car so there was no surprise when I got to Ohio. Needless to say I drive the car back home 670 miles and the car never had a glitch. I would like to thank everyone again. Thus is definitely one happy customer.

Stopped in to check out a 2009 Lexus RX 350. Interacted with both Jeff and Eric (the owner). Both were very helpful and friendly. Ultimately found vehicle more to our requirements at another dealer; however, wanted to write a note about Village because my experience with them was so pleasant. Definitely recommend a visit if you find a vehicle meeting your search criteria at Village.

I was in a car accident and my car was totaled , after not having a car note for a long time i really didnt want to spend over a certain amount but also wanted a car that was clean, reliable , with a celan carfax. Upon my search i found The dealership and there she was my 2011 Mercury Milan , one owner , excellent car fax . I stopped in at the delership and worked with Zach who was very helpful and allowed me to check out the vehicle , I did the credit app told them wht i wanted to put down and left. They called back larter stating that i was approved but need more on the down payment. I spoke with the finance company and they were really nice in trying to work something out but it was still more than what i wanted to put down. I talked with Zach he lowered the down payment and said i could pick up the car today! I walked away with a great car , for the right price and I would reccommend anyone to purchase a car from them !! They are HONEST , FAIR , and willing to work with you to get you into the vehicle .

Got my Toyota 4runner at this dealership, overall is very good experience. A small place has quality used selection and competitive pricing, I heard that they are family owned and has been in the business for long time, a little surprised that they are not growing like other family dealership..they even have an in-house shop to inpect vehicle! Anyway, will definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping for a used car, store manager Eric is the guy you want to work with, friendly and very professional.

having sold cars for many year i can appreciate the service i got! i purchase an 2000 jaguar w type (years ago) and the gear shifter had a defect in it from the factory. had to have the car towed to be repaired john (owner) paid for everything the total if i remember correctly was $1200.00 from Jaguar. i really appreciated that and for that reason i will be buying my bmw from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
