Another great service experience. Scheduling an appointment was a bit farther in the future than normal, due to needing a loaner vehicle. But given that many dealerships aren't offering loaners at the moment, let alone complimentary, it's not a problem for routine service. It was a sweet 2022 low mileage A4 as well! Chris Raudebaugh is an outstanding service advisor, and was spot on with the estimate, including fixing my door lock. Work was completed in about four hours, as promised. Outstanding communication, including voice and e-mail at the same time. By far the best Audi dealership in the city. Only place I trust with my 2013 A4.

Valet pickup was slightly later than expected, but otherwise there was good communication, people were friendly, the service seemed to go very well and the car came back clean, inside and out. Would definitely use Audi East again.
