Dealership employees are nice, but there is a general
Dealership employees are nice, but there is a general doubt in the ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues. I've had return visits for the same issue historically and now recently with this dealership. 2 weeks to change a 12V battery, and flash SW, And another complaint that I'll have to return in another 6-8 weeks to get fixed. This is in part due to lead time, but if it were diagnosed better to begin with I'd be halfway through that 6-8 weeks already. I will say Bob Borchers seems to care about the customer, but the rest is all business.
