Awesome Service

Frank provided an outstanding service. First time buying a car without too many wolves 🐺 after you. Buying a car was very transparent, I like the fact that they are upfront and honest about the car buying. Definitely worth it buying my car at BMW Murrieta I give them 5 ??s. Thank you! First time buying a car from a dealership

I went in knowing what car I wanted to look at and they had to look for it for a while before they found it but Brandon was the best help throughout the entire process he helped explain all the process needed to go through in order to purchase the car. All in all I would never go to a different dealer and I will never have anyone but Brandon Holland help me in future service and purchases.

Excellent Car Service

I've been dealing with this dealer and service technician for the past 3 years. Chad Ludwig service tech.is always courteous and keeps me informed on a timely basis on the status of my vehicle's progress of service. The Best !

I was recommended by a friend to BMW of Murrieta and after my experience here I will be sending all my friends and family here as well . Dave really made the process of getting my vehicle flawless . My first BMW!

Dave Townsend is the best! He made purchasing my first BMW possible. He listened to all my wants and necessities and matched me to the perfect car! I couldn't be happier with the result. Dave made the entire experience as comfortable as can be, and never made me feel pressured. It has been a week, and he is still there to answer all of my questions! Honest and genuine car dealers do exist...

At the beginning of the month I decided I wanted to own a BMW. I used my USAA cay buying services to lock in a deal and get the financing that I budgeted for. I literally drove 40 minutes after work, to the dealership....by myself. I heard that going to a dealership as a single female with no back up, would cost me...but I gave it a chance. I had scheduled the appointment the day before and I had no idea what to expect. When I reached the dealership and met Dave, I instantly felt comfortable. None of that cheesy, bossy, overbearing affect that car dealers usually have. We sat down, went over some things and then he pulled by gorgeous 430i grand coupe to the front, and one look at it and I was sold. The test drive was fun and very informative. This man knows his stuff. . The price was fair, the trade in value was fair and although the overall wait time was extensive (which is to be expected) he checked in periodically with me, reminding me of the refreshments their lobby offered. The best car buying experience thus far. My baby is running great and I get constant stares and compliments. Couldn't be happier!!!!

Standard service- nothing great or awful

Standard service. Received the obligatory "your car needs additional service" message. But it's a BMW that is ridiculously needy and service people just doing their job. I mentioned I had a light on that some parking lamp needed replacement upon intake, but no one looked into it. The light is still on, and they did not ask for money to fix it. Just kind of went unnoticed. Nothing special/nothing awful. Basic service

Honest, friendly, and a great price
