Honda Service is the worst company in Hamilton. I have been dealing with them for many years, but I recently purchased a car three weeks ago, and it has needed servicing three times since then. They do not care about their clients; they just take your money and give you the runaround when it comes to getting your car fixed. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Our current lease was expiring, so my wife and I went to Hamilton Honda to look for a new vehicle to lease. We worked with Ramesh Chandra in Sales and Sue Chansky in Finance during our visit, both of whom were very pleasant to work with. We drove away in a brand new 2026 CR-V. Overall, it was a very nice time at the dealership!

The worst dealer service and the area i took my honda oddysey for balancing and alignment and my car came horrible shaking wheel steering i call to compaint and they said it will.be more then a month I said i left message soonest my car had the service no body call.me back they charge almost 200 for.thar kind of service bad experience with hamailton Honda

Everything went smoothly.
Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

This review is more towards the sales member that we worked with while searching for a used vehicle. Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle at the location it had nothing to do with the sales member and everything to do with the right car at the right time. Anthony Nieves was excellent to work with, and we would have loved to have purchased a vehicle from him. He was helpful, informative and extremely personable. Overall, we were pleased with our experience with him at the dealership.

BEWARE!
BEWARE!!! This dealership is nothing but a headache and extremely unprofessional. We bought a used car from this dealership a little less than 7 months ago, not even 12 hours after getting the vehicle it broke down on route 22, which almost caused a major accident not to mention my small kids were in the vehicle too. we had it towed to the dealership where they diagnosed it with bad spark plugs and it was down there for seemed like quite a long time for just spark plugs. After this we thought we were good, we were so wrong then we had a problem with the battery and then the car started to shudder and hesitate accelerating. We took it to our mechanic, and he told us that we need to take this car to the closest dealership as it was unsafe to drive and an unsafe vehicle. He also told us to call Hamilton Honda because for the car to be unsafe the way it was is concerning, especially since they sold it to us and told us that nothing was wrong with the vehicle when we bought it. We took it to Bridgewater Honda where they told us that the axels were shot, which was a $2,700.00 repair for a car we just bought! We called Hamilton Honda for 3 days and were sent to voicemail every time, even after explaining how serious the situation was. After a couple days we finally got a call back from the finance department where they pretty much told us to go pound salt and that it was a used car. When we said we only had this car for a little less than 7 months and this seems a little extreme for this many problems and that our mechanic said this vehicle is an unsafe car, they still were not willing to help us. Now I would expect this kind of car and treatment from a random stranger but not a dealership! From the way we were treated, I can honestly say this dealership could care less about their customers. Just take your business elsewhere!
