Suntrup Buick GMC

I hate buying a car. Everything about the process is painful to me. I find what I want after days of looking and researching, and then I have to go and fight for it. This purchase from Suntrup GMC was life changing. Found the car through a third party website, it linked me to Suntrup's website. I scheduled a visit for a Saturday morning. Upon arrival at dealership, instead of dodging sales people, I told them about my appointment. Eric knew why I was there and was ready to serve me. He told me what he knew about the car and handed me the keys. NO Pressure! After the research I had done I knew what to look at on the used SUV. We had had most of the paperwork done before we told him what the price was. The finance guy(Kyle Moore) was quick and to the point, no games. This is how(and who) I will buy a car for the rest of my life. Eric Trigg was there for me just as much as I needed him to be.

Found the car I wanted online and emailed Eric Tigg and he responded to within 20mins!!! Upon going to the dealership I got to talk to Harlan Swartz while Eric was out sick and he was very helpful and honest about the car I was looking at. The car had piqued the interest of an Illinois family and he was honest with me that they were looking to buy the car but told me to go ahead and come back that Saturday with my mom and we would see what we could make happen. Upon returning on Saturday, I got the chance to work with Eric in detail and we were able to get the car I wanted within 45mins of me being in the dealership. He answered all of my questions as well as took the time to explain everything to me about the car. After filling out all the paperwork with Eric I was sent to Kyle in the finance department who was able to secure me a loan in no more than 20mins with an excellent interest rate. He was very thorough in describing what all was involved with my financing and what all I needed to do in order to get the title and estimating my sales tax. Overall I had a great experience and i would refer them to anyone looking for a new or used car! Keep up the great work guys!!

Our family recently purchased a 2015 GMC YUKON DENALI from Suntrup BUT not before going through a bunch of rigmarolle at another STL dealership. After waiting 10+ weeks for another order we had enough and saw Suntrup's advertised internet price and inquired. Suntrup's sales rep, James Tinker, gave us a no hassle experience that we are sure to tell others about! Thank you to "Tink" and his team including our finance rep. for a pleasurable experience to buying our family's vehicle. It's not a purchase we make very often since we keep our vehicles 10+ years. Eric worked with me on the truck i bought. I found it on Cars.com. I wasn't planning on buying when I went there but they impressed me with their service and attitude. The truck was exactly what Eric said no extra bs just straight up with us.

Have never had a better experience buying a vehicle. Crystal was awesome! Very nice, down to earth and never pressured us.
