I found the car I wanted online and went to Kearns to purchase and test drive it. They had it ready for me and made it a very easy and non threatening sales experience. Sales rep Jeff Griffin and manager Tim were great to work with. I was able to purchase the vehicle within budget and am a happy customer. There were a few scratches on the vehicle that they are going to remove as well.

Had to unexpectedly replace my truck and went to Kearns. I worked with Tommy Shafer & found him efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive to what I was looking for. He had great follow-through, because once the sale was done & I got the truck home, I found the manual was in French (Quebec truck). Tommy tracked down an English manual immediately. I’d definitely work with him again.

This is the first time I have come to Kearns. The personalized service I received was excellent. Everyone makes you feel welcome and you feel they care about your experience. I was also impressed on how well they communicate with each other. No matter who I spoke with, that person immediately knew who I was and what vehicle I was purchasing. They also addressed any concerns and questions I had after the purchase showing their commitment to me didn't stop after the purchase. I will definitely return for my next vehicle purchase.

Emailed dealer about a car I was interested in. They emailed me back very quickly. Set up a time for me to come in and see the car. It was already to test drive. Was able to take the car home for the wknd. so I could check things out on it. Had a sensor light come on and told them about it. They fixed it right away. Bought car on Monday. Everything went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful.

My husband and I were searching for a buick enclave for some time. Many dealerships let us down with our wants and budget, until we went to Kerns. Not only was the sales man Jason super nice and a listener, the owner was too. Told John the owner what we wanted and the next day he had it at the dealership for us.

Was Shopping for awhile online & there it was , the truck i've been looking for . Made a call & Salesmen Jeff Schultz picked up the line . After testing driving truck there was no doubt it was going to be mine . Jeff & his staff where very polite & understanding as i decided to use my own Credit Union. nice people who go the extra mile to ensure a smooth, no pressure transaction. it runs like a family business, even though everyone has a different last name. the showroom is nicer than most high-end dealerships, and our salesman -tommy - is nicer than most human beings.

I purchased a 2016 Range Rover evoque hse dynamic from them and was very impressed with their sales staff. Kiefer in particular went above and beyond and I will forsure be coming back to kearns in the future.
