Greeted right away. Took care within an hour. Friendly & professional experience . My car needed an oil change, tires rotated, plus I was stuck in traffic, called to let them know, no problem, came in 10 past my appt time. Very appreciative of their understanding

2019 Toyota Lease review
We stopped in to test out a new Camry LE and loved the car. Our lease on the 2016 ford fusion was expiring so were looking for new options. Met with Lindsay Wagner and she did a wonderful job of showing us our options for the car and car lease. My wife and I have bought or leased around 11 cars in the past 30 years and our experience dealing for a new car has never been more enjoyable and satisfying.

Never again
I paid top dollar for a used corolla for my daughter with the expectation the car did not have any issues. Within a month I had a $500 repair bill. When I outreached to the dealership twice and they did not even bother to respond. I would not recommend this dealership. Very poor customer service. Sad. I could not bring the car back to the dealership for the repair because it was over 500 miles away and would not have made the trip. It wasn't so much that I wanted assistance with the repair bill but some sort of acknowledgement would have been enough. The small purchases do not matter to this dealership.

service for recall air bag
I had an appt. this last week for a recall on a front airbag. I was told that it would take anywhere from one hour to three hours for the work to be done. Needless to say, I settled in with reading material and freshly made popcorn ( it was delicious-thank you) and I was so surprised when after only an hour and a half my car was done. Everyone that I talked to in sales and in service were so nice and helpful. I would recommend IGH Toyota to anyone that would ask. I have always had good service there so-- THANK YOU and GOOD JOB again !

brakes, water pump, oil change
service was great. I wish the weather wasn't so cold as i was not able to get a car wash. Also looked the fact that my service was able to show me how to listen to an audio book on my iphone through the audio system of my vehicle.
