Schaumburg Pre-Driven

I purchased a car from this dealership, and the day after I brought it home experienced oil leakage. I assumed it was something minor, so I dropped it off for repair for a few days and they said we needed a new engine. A second opinion confirmed this. The dealership basically said, 'too bad so sad.' We escalated the problem and they offered to repair, but at $45/hour. When I inquired as to the timeframe, they stopped communicating. This was a total nightmare, and I now have a car that I have spent thousands of dollars one that will basically be undrivable unless I spent several thousands more in repairs. Unacceptable!
