The Walser Nissan dealership is far up and above in terms of customer service than any other dearlership I have dealt with in the area. It seems the actually listen to us as opposed to providing lip service.

Electrical gremlins showed up a month after purchase....
Electrical gremlins showed up a month after purchase. They replaced battery but did nothing to find out what drained it or why seat was bouncing back and forth by it's self. They said come and get it nothing we can do. when I got the fob the windows were covered with snow ,I had to clean them off myself WOW. Hope this thing doesn't start on fire in my garage or die on me in the middle of nowhere.

Great service
I bought my 2019 Nissan Murano at a different dealer that is much farther than the one in Coon Rapids. I needed service and was told at the time of purchase that I could go to any dealer for warranty service. I called the Coon Rapids location thinking I was going to get some sort of run around. I received the complete opposite! Whomever answer the phone , I wish I would have gotten her name because she was fantastic, took my call with a very upbeat and outstanding attitude. She asked me detailed questions, like she knew what she was doing, then scheduled me for an appointment to get the service done. She actually got me in on the day that I wanted, which neither one of us thought she would be able to do. When I ask questions about how the dealership worked, about dropping my vehicle off, she was clear, concise and didn't treat me like I was stupid. When I dropped the vehicle off I got a text when it was brought in to be looked at, a call with about what they thought was wrong and another call when it was finished. I had some questions when it was finished and the mechanic or tech, whomever called, was fantastic. I asked questions and he answered them politely and again did not treat me like I was stupid. Dealerships sometimes have bad reputations and that's kind of what I went into this with. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the customer service and the attitudes of all involved. It's a breath of fresh air! Thank you. They have won my future service and business.

Nathan provided me with the best customer service in the industry. I believe he is one of the best they have. He was very supportive of me during process and above and beyond to make it a Excellent experience purchasing the highest quality vehicle. Went here on 8/22/20 and paid to get my rear passenger...
Went here on 8/22/20 and paid to get my rear passenger side tire fixed because it has a slow leak. I waited almost 2 hours and was even late to work. I go out for lunch on my break at work and it’s flat again in the parking lot and doesn’t even have the valve cap on. I am very upset. On top of all that I call them and they tell me call back monday and there’s nothing they can do.

Went above and beyond
Went to check out process of buying a new car and Nathan helped me find what I was looking for and worked some magic to get me in my car. It took an extra day but he kept in contact with me via text and phone calls.
