I’m not too happy that they had to look at my truck.
I’m not too happy that they had to look at my truck. How would I know if they know everything‘s OK with the motor? I guess that’s the reason they extended the warranty you would think when you buy $85,000 truck there wouldn’t be any problems that needed to be looked at from Chevrolet. I don’t know about choosing Chevrolet next time. It will make me think about it long and hard.

Our salesperson, Taureen, was extremly effective in making sure that our experience with Ginn Chevrolet was the best! The car that we wanted was to be delivered to their dealership. Our salesman and the salesmanager explained in great detail what the process would be. We were informed as the delivery of the car was updated. When the car arrived, we were informed and set up an appointment to take delivery. The time at the dealership to pickup the car was less than an hour. We appreciated this so much as it was a 2 hour drive to get there. The car was delivered to us with a great big red bow on top. Cannot say enough positive things about our experience.

Paperwork signing was a breeze good job service manager was top notch he really helped me a lot overall from stepping in the showcase I was treated like part of the family especially the salesman who helped my wife by giving her a pillow to put her foot up because of her ankle swelling didn’t get his name but his office is next to Mr earl tell him I said thanks
