I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted and what my budget was. I was immediately assisted ,I explained what I wanted and was shown the appropriate vehicles. A deal was made easily and by the next day the vehicle was purchased. Car shopping could not have been easier.

We contacted the dealership interested in getting information on leasing a new car. They connected us with Ren. We shared our specific car requirements and set a time to stop in the next day. Ren called us a couple hrs later to say he had worked up the numbers and would be ready for us. (Wow!! Someone actually did what they said they would do). The next morning we woke up to close to a foot of snow on our long, steep driveway that needed to be cleared so we were heading out a little later than planned. Ren called us to assure we were coming.... yes just an hr. later. We loved his interest/enthusiasm! He had a car ready for us to test drive when we arrived and everything worked up, answering all our questions. We bought the leased car that day and he got back to us on Monday to schedule a date to pick it up and spend time to take us through the vehicle specifics. Great experience!!

Exceptional new car buying experience. Our salesman Dan Green, knew the new Enclave inside and out and explained everything thoroughly- not assuming anything. A follow up call two days later was an unexpected plus !

Purchased car elsewhere and was very unhappy with the bumpy ride. Discussed it thoroughly with that dealer and told it was because of 20" wheels which came with a package. Took it to a reputable tire service and was told that if I changed the tires it would be a smoother ride. Ran into owner of Fletches who told me to bring it in. He and I went for a ride and we decided to change the tires to Michelin. They were Bridgestone. There is a considerable difference and the hard bumps are smoother or softer. It is not bump free but a big improvement. The only negative I can give is that I had to pay the difference but since I will have that car for another two and a half years I think it was worth it. I looked it up on google and saw you had a lot of complaints about this.
