Checked out a truck, found mold in many areas. I was told that is completely normal because it was just detailed and it happens all the time…I have looked at over 100 vehicles from dealerships and never mold. They lied. First off, I noticed that the back window was replaced recently (and improperly) so I looked around and there was broken glass under the seats, under the floor mats, in the back seats…yeah, this was not detailed recently… that is most likely how the mold came to be. Broken window in the middle of the night, no one did anything and it got wet inside the truck. They replaced the window (again, not professionally) and left it wet with windows up cause mold issue throughout. I pointed out the mold, tires, rotors, front windshield needed to be replaced (cracked) and was willing to work out a deal and gave an offer of asking minus those specific repair costs and to which I was told well let’s go see what it’s listed for…(the sticker price was in big numbers plan as day on the truck of $10,999). We sit at the desk and he looks it up and says it’s listed for $11,499 and I say well your sticker price says it’s lower. And then he goes, I am not going to even bother my boss by calling him and seeing if he’ll take your offer. I said ok and left. I now believe this truck has major issues and I am glad I didn’t pick it up. It was “sold” about a week later and the next day “unsold”. I asked before I came what size the bed of the truck was and was told 1hr later it was 5.5 ft bed. I measured it when I got there…6.5ft. Possibly a chopped vehicle? Don’t trust these xxxxxx.

We were in the market for a mini-van. We came across a price that could not be real for the vehicle being advertised. They simply beat everyone. After speaking with John, we drove 4 hours. The customer service was great and they stood behind what was advertised. Excellent experience.

What can I say about SS Motors? They're a great group of folks with a lot of integrity and fair prices. I was looking for a quality used car when I got a call from a friend who had just run out of gas down the street. Without any commitment to buy, their sales associate Jimi Perez went into the back and grabbed me a full 5 gallon gas can with no mention of holding anything of mine or repayment for the fuel. I'd say I'll be back soon but with the high quality of the Honda Accord they sold me it'll be a while before I have any need to. Best car buying experience I've ever had.

The vehicle I contacted them about had been sold about a week before. After telling the sales person why I like that vehicle, she tried to talk me into looking at another style with a different power package. I was going to be there area for a couple of days, more than 250 miles from my home, and told the salesperson I had a limited window. She discounted this and was kind of a smart alec about it. Needless to say, I have had no further contact with them.

i was happy with the service and fiancing and the truck i bought..the price was right and the truck is awsome.
