The dealership is located at the intersection of Hwy 1 south and hwy 601 just 2 miles from interstate 20 at exit 92. I am new in the area.

I am new in the area. Just moved here from up North. Was looking for a new vehicle. Was greeted by a sales lady by the name of Angela. She had A lot of knowledge about vehicles, she knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very nice and very polite and very respectful. I had a lot of questions about my financial obligations. She was able to address all of these. I definitely know that. I'm going back to get my vehicle from this dealership. Thanks, Angela for helping me. I really appreciate it.

He showed me only 1 car that I did not request and refuse

He showed me only 1 car that I did not request and refuse to Allow me to look at multiple vehicles that were advertised online. I like options.

Angela, Justin, and Chris were absolutely wonderful.

Angela, Justin, and Chris were absolutely wonderful. They looked all of the US get the exact car I wanted, even tho there were only 4 made in the US. The process was painless.

Run don't walk away from this dealership!

Run don't walk away from this dealership! The car dealer industry has always had a shady side but these people take it to a new level. Went to look at a used car today. Price online was listed at $8,999. Put an inquiry online to make sure the car was still there. They called immediately. Car was there and I made an appointment to see and drive it. I drove 40 minutes to go see this vehicle. Went through the entire test drive and their sales process to be presented with a price document of over $16,000. I thought they made a mistake. I asked if we were talking about the same care. Sales rep said "absolutely". I asked about price listed online and she said that was before "all the work had been done on the car". I have zero tolerance for this type of garbage. I immediately walked out. Sales manager came out and wanted to know what was wrong. I let him know that they were a "dirty" and "deceitful" business. I wouldn't buy a car from these people if it were $100. Buyer beware!

The car that I test drove was not road safe.

The car that I test drove was not road safe. Rpms where jumping and transmission had obvious issue. Paint was pealing off and none of that was disclosed prior to test drive. Vehicle is still listed on their site with a $1000 reduction. Not sure how the car knowingly sell a car that’s not road safe/worthy. Completely dishonest!!!

Know before you go

Be prepared to overpay. I did my research before every deciding to go to a dealer. I knew what car I wanted, how much it was worth, what my trade in was worth. I had two identical cars at two dealers, only difference was one had about 4,000 miles and Lugoff ford advertised theirs had 343 miles. Higher mileage cars was about $3,000 less in price. I decided to to go Lugoff Ford because it was closer and the car had less miles also figure if I could talk them down a couple thousand on the price. Contacted them and made an appointment with salesman. Got there and the salesman we made an appointment with was not there. Met with another salesman and talked about car and our trade in. Drove there car and while driving the salesman said “ we throw in nitrogen in tires, protective door strips, three years of car washes and an antibacterial fog”. Sat down to do paperwork and find out that stuff was not throw in, it cost $2,500. He low balled us on our trade in by $6,000. So when I told him what I would take for trade he had to go get his manager. Manager came out and upped the trade value by $4,000 but would not come down on his vehicle price at all. Told him I could buy the exact same car for $3,000 less and even showed him that car. He said “if I give you any more for your car I will have to add the $2,500 back on”. He even had on paperwork that I was going to put down $2500 cash as a down payment when I specifically told him I was using the equity in my trade and no cash. We kindly told him he was wasting both our times and we left. Will never ever do business with this dealer and will warn everyone against them. Side note, car had over 1,000 miles on it.
