AI Helped Me Find 400 Cars—But Only One Caleb So, you know you need a (new-to-you) car. You've got a budget that says “practical” and a few must-haves like “starts when you turn the key.” A couple of nice-to-haves sneak in too—because heated seats feel like a warm hug in February. You plug it all into an AI tool, and boom: 400+ vehicles appear within 50 miles. Suddenly, your search becomes less “wow!” and more “why?” After a month of virtual shopping, I began meeting used car salespeople IRL. Turns out, unlike the AI, humans have personalities. Some are genuinely helpful; others treat you like a commission check with legs. By the time I reached Lou Fusz Buick, I had collected more business cards than decisions and was still driving my maybe-I-can-make-it-one-more-week car. Then came Caleb Rowden. In under an hour, we met, he listened, we negotiated, and—hold onto your seatbelt—a deal was struck. No pressure tactics, no mysterious “let me check with my manager” routines. Just a straightforward conversation that felt less like a transaction and more like teamwork. Even after the sale, when I had questions, Caleb was on it—like the kind of friend who actually answers your text instead of liking it and disappearing. I was scammed here.

I was scammed here. I bought a used Ford Taurus from this dealership on June 4th. After just 12 hours it started making a weird grinding noise. I took it back to the dealership and they said they would do a free diagnostic check up for me, cool. I leave the car with them for a full day almost 2. They tell me it needs a water pump and it will be $2600. I bought the part and replaced it myself (took me 4 days with basic tools). Only to realize the water pump was brand new was literally just replaced and here I am with the engine all apart replacing it again! This dealership scammed me.. luckily not for $2600, but still $767 worth of parts and time. After replacing the "brand new" water pump and guides and tensioner, I put it all back together just for it to still be grinding. All that work for nothing! The car drives exactly the same!

Bought a certificate used truck less than 90 days ago,

Bought a certificate used truck less than 90 days ago, service lights are now on and the dealer is refusing any repairs. Both brake assemblies need replaced, making this an unsafe vehicle.

Easy process. Dmytro was very helpful and accommodating. Follow up was timely. Found the car I wanted online, submitted a request for information, received a call back immediately.

Nolan was a great salesman, but once I started working

I can't thank Caleb Rowden enough for helping me in the purchase of my Buick Encore GX. I looked & looked & knew the right one was out there. Called Caleb at late in the day to come LOOK because it was getting late & I figured I'd go the following day to finalize everything. I fell in love w/ the car that night & Caleb & a few others stayed late to finalize my deal. Less than 2 hours & I had a new car. In & Out! Easy car buying experience ever. Thanks so much Caleb.
