I bought a car from John here in December 2017. The entire process was completely painless and even enjoyable. The showroom is wonderful, clean and all of the cars are well cared for. The test drive was not rushed and I loved the car. John found me the best financing deal and I was out of there in no time! He even paid for my Uber to pick up the car! But that is not why I am writing this review. Yesterday I had an issue that the service center said wasn't covered in my warranty. I tried to plead my case but they weren't budging and it was going to be an $8,000 fix. Or trade in the car. I was desperate and called John to see if there was any way he could help me. Within hours he had the warranty covering my repair! I am ecstatic. I can't thank John and Goldie's enough. I have two more kids approaching driving age and we will be using Goldie’s exclusively!

More often than not, we all dread the task of buying a car. Not that I didn't think that I could buy a car on my own, but there is that fear as a woman, that you are going to be in an inferior position. Well, let me tell you if we all had Goldie's Motors in our lives there would be no more dread or anxiety about buying a car. Goldie's and John King were recommended to me a while back. I have cruised their very convenient and user friendly website several times over the last month or so, knowing that I needed to get a new car soon. Everything you need to know about every car they have in stock is right there at your fingertips. Price, lots of high quality pictures, inside and out, Carfax and more, all of it is available to you in the comfort of your pj's! This past week my old car let me know that it was time. I went back online to goldiesmotors.com, found a car I wanted, filled out an online application, John called me with a couple of questions, went down to their beautiful showroom to drive and sign! Voila! I am the proud owner of the most beautiful car I have ever driven! The whole experience was fabulous from top to bottom. Never once did John make me feel pressured or intimidated. Actually everyone I dealt with there was incredibly friendly and enjoyable. John was a blast to deal with. Goldie's Motors is the best there is!

Goldies is such a great company. I bought a 2nd car from John. As always John gave great customer service. John is friendly and always makes sure things are satisfactory. I'd recommend to give goldies a chance when you're thinking to buy a car. You won't be disappointed.

Found a vehicle we were interested in online and when I saw that it was at a "used car dealer" I did not exactly have high hopes and had certain preconceptions of what we would be dealing with. I have never been so happy to be so wrong. This place is amazing. EVERY car in there is in prisetine condition. And when I say "in there" I mean it. Their inventory is stored inside a pleasant, roomy, climate controlled warehouse. It makes browsing cars a pure joy, an experience surpassed only by the friendliness of the people there. We were asked if we needed help by every employee we encountered in a warm, no pressure manner. I mentioned that we would like to arrange a test drive and before we knew it Kenny had the car up front and ready to go for us. They are friendly & easy going and make the whole process of shopping for a buying a vehicle actually kind of relaxing, right down to the always not-so-fun financial part. Dealing with John was a hoot! We actually had fun signing the paperwork. Imagine that! And by the time we were done the temporary plate was already on the car and it was ready to come home with us, with a full tank of gas, I might add. We can't thank you guys enough for making what we assumed would be a drudgery of a weekend actually enjoyable!

Thank you John for the best car experience of my life. You helped me get into my dream car for the right price. You helped me get in and out with the whole process in an hour! You Rock! I will recommend Goldie's Motors to everyone I know.

So I purchased a 2017 Toyota Yaris it was the easiest experience I ever had when I purchased a car ... great place to shop , lots of selections Bunch of nice guys ....

Best car-buying experience I've ever had! My wife and I drove several cars. There is no pressure nor commission. We had three different people help but John was our main contact, doing a fantastic job. Offered the most on my trade-in which was a separate transaction from my purchase, since we had not yet decided on a vehicle yet. Their no haggle price is very competitive: cleaned, inspected, and with two keys. I shall return.

Did a lot of research on prices of different used Prius C's and Goldie's motors had the best prices in town for two different models. Adam was a huge help and worked with me throughout the whole process. Very glad I went with them and I highly recommend. I know I was skeptical of the crazy good reviews but they really are legit!

My husband found a truck that was at Goldie's in Phoenix. From the initial phone to pickup of the truck the group at Goldie's were incredible. John, Kenny and Micah could not have been any nicer and honest. The truck was well priced and in great condition. Once we received our financing we were having to wait an extra day to fit in the pickup due to work schedules. Micah drove across town and gave my husband a ride back to Goldie's so we wouldn't have to wait another day. While they were on their way back to Goldie's, Micah overheard my husband and I talking about needing jumper cables because my car had battery issues, he was kind and thoughtful with a set a cables as my husband was leaving with the new truck. That's the best customer service we've experienced in a long while. There was no pressure or haggling over the cost. John listened to us explain our financial situation and respected our position. He made it such an easy process and was fair and helpful with every aspect. What a pleasure to work with all of them. Thank you to all of you at Goldie's Motors, Phoenix, Arizona.
