Danny was very helpful in getting me the vw I wanted, even though I wasn’t quite sure at the beginng. Very, very helpful. And overall the whole dealership was very nice.

The sun is not shinning at Suntrup!
The sun is not shinning at Suntrup!! This is the worst dealership ever. Be happy and go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. The sales team will tell you that you have to buy an $800 Ikor tracking device with 3 year activation, since this is St Louis. If you buy a used car the sales man will tell you they are detailing the vehicle. When they are just washing it. The mechanics will get black grease all over the interior of the car and only be available 1 day per week. The finance guy will sell you a $4k extended warranty. Also, thay will not take the car back once you buy it! No refunds!

Outstanding sales with Danny and AJ my only issue is
Outstanding sales with Danny and AJ my only issue is the poor Volkswagen missing front plate holder ,which is with car but not installed and a poor design cheap design for premium car

My issue is specifically with AJ in the finance
My issue is specifically with AJ in the finance department. After signing my paperwork, I discovered that he added over $5,000 in warranties and fees that were never clearly explained and some that the car already comes with. I was also charged a $249 registration fee even though I transferred my old plates. When I went back to the dealership to talk to him, they told me I needed an appointment just to ask questions about my own contract. I tried calling AJ numerous times and he never returned a single call. The lack of transparency and the refusal to communicate after the sale are unacceptable. This experience with AJ was extremely disappointing.
