Mitch was great at helping me to get into a new vehicle. I went in for a truck and rolled out with a Chevy Cruze just as happy if not more.

I searched Autotrader for a vehicle for my son and found what I was looking for at Gretna Auto Outlet. I was contacted by Brad, the online salesman, and set up a time to look at the vehicle. Upon our arrival we were met by Brad and things could not have gone any smoother. He was very helpful and very honest, a trait I deeply appreciate. We quickly achieved the numbers I was comfortable with and he introduced me to Tom who walked us effortlessly through the financial steps. Tom was very thorough in explaining the entire process and didn't try to force anything on me, another trait I deeply appreciate. One of the best auto buying experiences I have ever had. My husband had informed me about 11:00 AM on a Saturday that he had found a used Ford F-150 Lariat pick-up truck that he liked online, at Gretna Auto Outlet. He had been searching for "the perfect used vehicle" for quite some time, so I agreed to look into the possibility. This meant sacrificing my Saturday, to drive over an hour to Gretna and endure the pressure of a car dealership. I will admit, I was incorrect with my initial dread! We had arrived at Gretna Auto Outlet by about 3:15 PM ...and we were on the highway with our new truck before 5:00 PM that day, with financing completed and all!! Brad and Scott made this experience as painless and stress-free as it could possibly be. We often have had "buyer's remorse" in the past, although luckily, it looks like we will avoid that as well, this time! My husband loves his new purchase; as do I and our son! Our 12 yr. old son actually even had fun while waiting to drive our new truck home; from joking with the employees at Gretna Auto Outlet, to enjoying his football game on the T.V. and drinking some cappuccino! We would definitely visit this dealer again...and thank them for a great experience and an awesome used (new to us!) truck!!

This dealership by far was the easiest one that I have been to , looking for a car and buying one hasn't ever been this easy they were collected and not pushy like other big dealerships and that's what sold us . Well that and there unbelievable customer service and cars to show

We loved working with Josh to get my husband a truck and then me a suburban!! He was wonderful to work with and got us what we wanted and answered all of our questions. And our finance guys Scott and Tom were also great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They have great prices and great customer service!! We will come back in the future!

We came to look at a Honda Pilot, but it had been sold. Our salesman, Oscar, was quick to show us other vehicles that would work for what we needed. He was very informative. They let us take the car on a test drive to go pick up our children from school, which was across town. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns about the vehicle. After returning from our test drive, we left the dealership to look at another car. Again, no hassles or pressure. When we returned, we got our paperwork handled easily.

My wife and I stopped in late and I had planned to look at a truck I saw on line. However it was gone but our salesman Oscar showed us a different truck and it was exactly what I was looking for. The folks even stayed late (9:30) to help us finish the deal. Definitely going her if I need another vehicle in the future. Thanks a heap guys.
