I bought my 2008 Honda Accord at the Burien Autos Only. I freaked out a little after purchasing the car because of the reviews. However, I took my car to Bellevue Honda for the compression test and had everything checked out. Got a 100%, NOTHING WRONG with the car. Keep in mind these guys aren't selling new cars, so I was prepared for repairs of some sort. But guess I made a good choice. Jeff was a very kind helpful salesperson and Carl sealed the deal and negotiated with us. I am confident in my vehicle purchase and I would recommend them. Just have realistic expectations on purchasing a used car.

Sleazy seller of lemons
This "dealer" knowingly sells broken vehicles. The 2008 Toyota with less than 75,000 miles they sold me needed a new engine and catalytic converter, BEFORE they sold it to me! The vehicle was not worth a small fraction of the "great deal, below Blue book value" price I paid. Still have doubts? Check out the Better Business Bureau, they have an F rating. If you are still considering buying from them, make sure an independent mechanic (not theirs!) thoroughly inspects the vehicle BEFORE you buy it. Furthermore, this slimy dealer has a waiver of merchantability clause in their sales contract stating they do NOT guarantee the vehicles are fit for any purpose, including being safe to drive on the roads. No reputable car dealer would include such a clause. Do you want to buy from a dealer that does not guarantee their vehicles are safe to drive?

Service Shop works wonders!
A friend referred me to Autos Only in Burien to have a car inspected that I was buying from a private sale (not from the dealership itself). They did a very thorough inspection of the car, I noticed the techs look at the suspension, and the frame to make sure it wasint in a non-reported car accident, the car itself checked out and I ended up purchasing it(again, from 3rd party, not dealership) But I write this review to give insight on the service shop, I have since taken my car to the service shop 9 times without a single problem. Had a few oil changes done, my front belts were squeaking so they were replaced, while I was getting an oil changed done A tech noticed a boot on my front axle was ripped and needed to be replaced, so I had that replaced at a fraction of what the honda dealership was asking. I believe one of the gaskets on the upper part of the engine was leaking so that again, was replaced. Alas my car is now problem free. The techs are really friendly and explained to me what was wrong with my car, and what would happen if it wasnt fixed. I didn't feel pressured into having any work done that wasn't needed. They even said if my check engine light was ever on that they would diagnose it free of charge! Eventually when my car finally gives out on me, I know this is where I will be buying my next car.

Hidden Gem
First and foremost, I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nam Nyugen on multiple occasions. Prompt, courteous, and most importantly...consistent. I'm terribly, terribly, terribly particular on who touches, let alone works on, my cars. I've now taken three separate vehicles to him, and his mechanical staff and customer service have never failed -- truly second to none. Their work is CLEAN, and their recommendations on parts, etc. are real and reasonably. On several occasions, I've had the opportunity to see his mechanics works on 2010 G37S 6mt sedan. I was surprised -- putting things back to stock so that the car could be sold, his mechanic didn't miss a single piece. Everything was put back accordingly, and surprisingly much faster than anticipated. I even purposefully left out a few items to see if he'd just leave it be -- his mechanic staff actually came out to me and mentioned the missing pieces! Great work. Customer for life.

Much better than most!
I have shopped for a car several times before and have always been appalled at the overbearing, dishonest salespeople and generally cranky about the whole experience. Not so with these guys. Everyone was respectful even though the car I was trading in had a bumper that was duct taped on. My salesperson, Joe (John too!)was super cool about everything and I felt like he had my back during the entire process. The finance person, Lam was considerate and thorough and Morrow the mechanic was really helpful when I wanted some minor repairs done. Joe and Bill (the manager)had my passenger door re-painted because it had been keyed, with only minor cajoling . I would definitely recommend these guys and will go back for repairs and my next car...if they'll let me. I think I drove them a little crazy, but feel like now they are friends!

People - friendly dealership
With a gas guzzling trade-in for a later model sedan, These guys made an effort to make the availability of the sale a success. The efforts included a delayed down payment, these guys are understanding of hard times and try their best work around obstacles with success for my situation. Repair aspect: Their "old" repair guy had let go of, while we had the Stereo Amp in for repairs. The Amp was repaired but figuratively placed on the back-burner and no one was ever notified of its status. Two months later we received and installed the part. Positive Repairs: Any possible issues with the vehicle you buy must be addressed diligently. We had a faulty battery and some damage to the paint, but the salesman placed those faults on the contract to be fixed by the dealer at the buyer's convenience.

Very Pleased
This was my second time dealing with Autos Only in Burien. I went there about a year ago to get a larger vehicle since my family was growing. I had a short period in my past where my credit took a huge hit but Autos only was still able to more than meet my needs and they were very friendly. I recently was looking to refinance the vehicle that I bought a year ago so I went back. After speaking with Joe and Johnny for a bit, they were able to recognize that once again my needs for a vehicle had changed and got me into a more useful vehicle that completely fit my needs and actually ended up saving me money in the process by drastically reducing my interest rate. I have had no issues with either of the vehicles and have sent friends there to buy as well. If you are even a remotely realistic person, you will quickly recognize the value of the vehicles at Autos Only. Unfortunately people are faster to post a complaint than they are to give praise so please take into consideration the mindset and price range of the folks posting the more harsh reviews. Take a few minutes and check them out for yourself. They always have numerous salesmen there that will be more than happy find a vehicle to fit your needs.

Nice decent cars for the money..
This dealership is pretty decent. I had a good experience dealing with them I will defiinetley recommend this car lot for people looking for good used cars. You don't get all the one and one attention like larger car lots. But it's decent.
