My Kia became unrepairable recently.

My Kia became unrepairable recently. I had to try to get a rental car so l could find a new vehicle. I had spoke on the phone with Mayela Mier and she sent me pictures with complete records of cars l was considering. I thought that was extremely helpful to keep me informed anout them until l could get in. This transpired over a weekend and the beginning of the next week. I had started calling rental car places which were no help at all. As l hung up with Enterprise, Mayela called and said l'm coming to pick you up. I live a very long way away from the showroom which was another concern. But her doing that really stopped all my worries. We stopped on the way back so we could get a bit of breakfast, the car handeled beautifully and l was very happy with it. I was not prepared to buy a car at this time, but Steve Shelby in finance made it work out to a point l was happy with. They have a beautiful showroom, and are very accommodating.

I purchased a new car a few weeks ago with Casper

I purchased a new car a few weeks ago with Casper Kasperski. I highly recommend working with him. I live in Houston and was having some issues that the Houston Lincoln dealership could not address. Casper arranged for my car to be picked and brought to San Antonio, and everything was fixed in a timely manner and my car was delivered back to me. This the type service everyone deserves. NorthPark Lincoln and Casper are sitting the bar high. Keep up the 5 star service.

Casper is Great to work with.

Casper is Great to work with. You can trust him and he always is there to help his customers. I have bought 2 vehicles from him eight unseen and he has came through both times. Can not tell you how much I appreciate him. Best salesman ever!!

On 04/02/2025 I purchased a used car at North Park

On 04/02/2025 I purchased a used car at North Park Lincoln. At North Park they pride themselves on their hassle free, stress free, car buying experience. And that they also pay special attention to the convenience and your time. Well this was anything but. I took a car for a test drive and even before we left, I asked Angel Preciado (my salesman) if the or had the feature to where the high beam headlights automatically dimmed to oncoming traffic because for some reason this feature was very important to me. He assured me that it did. After the test drive there were a couple things I wanted them to check and also asked if they could touch up a couple dings and scratches, to which he said no problem. This was a Wednesday and I left the car with them. Mr. Preciado said they would deliver the car when it was finished. Come Friday afternoon I hadn't heard from them so I called and he told me they couldnt find someone to follow him to deliver the car. It was approxamently 80 miles. So I got a friend to follow me, went and picked it up. It was dark out when I arrived. The next day I noticed the dings and scratches they were suppose to touch up had not been done. I called and made an appointment to take the car back up there for the day and took a day off work. I was given a loaner and just hung around till it was done. When I went back to retrive the car it was an unsatisfactory job that had been done on the touch ups. We agreed to just have some touch up paint sent to me so I could do it. (which I haven't done). I also informed him that there was no spare tire in the car and that the windshield washer fluid was missing the cap. He said he would look into the tire and send me a cap for the fluid. Next time I spoke to him he told me the car didnt come with a spare tire and that I should just use the rim and tire that was in the trunk and keep it in the trunk. (they had given me the 4 original rims that came on the car)I was planning a trip to Florida in the next week and I told him if I did this I wouldnt have room for any luggage. (He failed to tell me the newer cars nowdays dont come with a spare tire) but they ordered me a spare tire kit and they did send me touch up paint and a cap. Then I was going over my paperwork from the purchase and noticed on the Pre-owned Buyers Order that I was charged $395 for a Secure Etching. I called again and asked what this was and told him I did not order or approve of or was even told about any such charge and I felt I should be re-imbursed. He told me that they charge all their customers that when they purchase a vehicle. A secure etching kit costs between $20 and $40 dollars. I didn't think that any of this was very professional of them. Since then I had been going through all the settings looking for the feature that dims the headlights. I just knew it was there because he told me it was. I couldnt find it and figured I was just missing it so I took it to someone and guess what? The feature does not exist on my car. I cant tell you how furious Iam. I have not contacted them about it and I wont. I just will not recommend them to friends or family.

Casper, is the true professional.

Casper, is the true professional. My sales person Rickey Tejada , was out sick with the flu. Casper completed the sale. He actually delivered the car to our home in freezing weather himself . Really pleased with his amazing service.
