Contacted via website for some out the door numbers.

Contacted via website for some out the door numbers. They sent a text and i felt this was going to be a great experience. After a few text i decided lets just get the texting back and forth over and talk it out. I just asked for the best out the door numbers as well as to inquire of additional information on out of state purchase and would need a quote if i decided to move forward. He gave me a few general numbers and in order for them to send me the out the door numbers they would need my Credit Card information to make sure that i was a serious buyer. I told Sean i was not going to give my CC information as i don't know nothing about him or his dealership. He said we are not a small dealership we are a Volkswagen dealer. He said this is their policy and that's just to make sure they are not receiving random calls to quote information if the person is not serious. I told him if that is your policy then i guess i will just have to deal with the local dealers. Great first impression on my attempt to purchase an out of state vehicle. Buyers get your credit card ready to be taken seriously.

This lady sold me a car that dies all the time.

This lady sold me a car that dies all the time. I have had to no joke bring that car back once a week to be repaired, it's still not fixed. I'm taking it to the dealership in Ballwin. She ignores you when you come in, makes you wait for whatever she's doing at the time, she has absolutely no customer service skills, unless you're trying to buy a car, and in which case she's very nice. I guess because she knows money's involved. After she has sold you the car, good luck. She only cares up until her commission clears. I would avoid her and that dealership for that matter.

Everyone has been very conscientious and courteous

Everyone has been very conscientious and courteous checking back with me to determine what I want and if I was aware of the age of the vehicle. They also informed me that their service department wanted to work on some issues with the car and that they would let me know what they did and what work they believe still needs to be completed.

they're financing is absolutely horrible.

they're financing is absolutely horrible. I went to Carvana, and another place called Queen motor company which is a joke on the wall place in Indiana and got a 7.5% interest rate. Dean team acted like they were doing me a favor at 12.5%. Rhey would not budge either. stay away

Derek helped me troubleshoot a few really simple things

Derek helped me troubleshoot a few really simple things with the technology of my new truck, all in the matter of minutes. Nothing was wrong with the truck they sold me, just a bit of user error that had me in a panic! I’m really grateful for the quick and kind service.

Dean Team VW Kirkwood started out with a great

Dean Team VW Kirkwood started out with a great experience; Michael and I did the deal for a used Eos online; he picked us up and welcomed us. BUT the car had not been prepped, no gas, dirty, blocked in, AND the passenger seat was inoperable, locked. SERVICE would not fix it, "takes too much time". My brother and I were assured by Michael and others to take car "We will take care of it "so we drive off in Eos and had it fixed for $358.44 back in MN. Four months of calls, emails and broken promises by Michael and Bridget at Dean Team VW Kirkwood. I got $0.00. SAD. Beware!

My Interaction with Alex was good.

My Interaction with Alex was good. I need to know when was the oil change done. I see some granular gains on the front wind shield. The car was delivered unwashed and I see the sticker glues not cleaned on the left rear passenger window.
