I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jonathan was

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jonathan was during my 30,000-mile maintenance! He had my loaner car ready the moment I walked in and was genuinely kind, efficient, and attentive. I shared that during a past visit—when I purchased four new tires & all that was required to put them on—I waited almost five hours with my autistic family member, who kept hounding me "I want real food & why can't we leave now?" which was very difficult. Jonathan truly listened, showed real understanding, and made sure this visit was smooth and stress-free. His kindness and compassion meant so much and turned what could’ve been a stressful day into a truly positive experience.
