I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 L from Bergstroms of Kaukauna Wisconsin on 6/8/16. I actually was looking at another vehicle on the lot, but after the sales person (Tom Gault) listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle, he pointed out some other choices. From then on, the whole process of buying a car was painless and quite refreshing. I was going from my old 10 year old car to a car of the future as I seen it. Tom explained everything from the buying process to every bell and whistle on the car. Great. An overwhelming process became a joint learning experience and a huge comfort factor. Thanks.

Honestly we have never had much luck with any Bergstrom dealership. Poor service in the showroom and service department. We waited 14 months for a recall only to find out they ordered the wrong part! While in for service we double dipped on horrible, we found out after the fact that we needed to bring both keys in for the ignition switch recall (we get to go back). Guy standing next to us was on his second trip because of the same lack of communication. Then my wife asked for a sale person to discuss a Grand Cherokee we are interested in. Waited 30 minutes then walked out. Run, do not walk away from Bergstrom.

I had stopped at a local Jeep dealer and felt like I was troubling the sales rep by wanting to potentially order a new vehicle (they didn't have much to choose from) So I figured I would shoot down to Kaukauna and luckily I ran into Wendy...her follow up was amazing...she's a true professional.

I could not be more pleased with my salesperson Dean. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he ensured everyone of my concerns were met. Besides that, he was very straight forward, and there was absolutely no runaround. His no pressure sales approach made this transaction enjoyable, and he made his availability to me a priority. I would buy another vehicle from Bergstrom Kaukauna, and Dean would definitely be my salesperson of choice.

There was a mix up with my keys, but they fixed it and I left a very satifisied customer!!! Excellent service!!!! The mechanics and technicians do a phenomenal job making sure everything is done right! They go out of their way to perform terrific customer service!

The people are dedicated to exceptional service. The auto salesperson continues to check on how we like our vehicle when she sees us at the dealership getting service.
