Yasser was very accommodating and listened to what I was looking for. He helped us get through the process quickly. After a few days he was able to secure the second key fob we needed.

I received a telephone response with an hour of contacting the dealership. The information I was seeking was provided and contact information for the Service manager was provided.

Came in to have new key fob programmed It took approximately 2 hrs to complete About 1 hour longer than I was originally told, I forget exactly what I was told the delay was, (doesn’t matter) Everyone was very pleasant and cordial Although the service advisor seemed a little inexperienced, we all have to start somewhere. The person who brought my truck around very skillfully backed it in between two other vehicles where I could only open the door appropriately 1/2 way All minor issues I would recommend your dealership (I was a service advisor for about 10 years at several different automotive lines then went into HVAC eventually, owning my own business for 15 years, which I sold when I retired, I know what good service should be like) 4 stars
